We did pay an additional fee to have it rush ordered, but it was so worth it. The quality of the construction is excellent and dealing with everyone from ordering with Alana to the delivery today with Bob was perfect. Their service was professional and amiable and the shed construction exceeded our expectations.

My wife and I couldn't be more happy. He did the work over the winter while we were in Florida so basically we trusted him completely. We came up at Christmas for a brief visit and to see how the job was going. Once we saw what Paul had done up to that point we knew we were in good hands. He takes a lot of pride in what he does and he loves to work. Paul always responded immediately to a text, email or call no matter what time of day or what day of the week. Paul has a lot of people who want him to do work for them but naturally he can only take on so much. If he agrees to do your job, rest assured, you're in good hands. He won't disappoint you.

Rob is easy going, while giving me great suggestions, and his work is beautiful! It's artwork! After being in our newly built home for 2 years, all we could envision was having a beautiful and…read morefunctional space in the backyard - that vision started with wanting a patio. We started looking for stone installers for our project who could accommodate a phased approach, which meant that the company we chose needed to connect with us, kind of like a friend, because our project wouldn't end with the patio and we'd be continuing the relationship into the future as we are able to roll out each phase of our vision. When we met with Rob at Stone Solutions Maine it quickly became apparent that this was our guy. In customer service, it is always the little things that make a big impact, from something as simple as receiving a pleasant "enjoy a wonderful day" at the end of a text communication - you truly feel appreciated as a customer, just as much as you would appreciate someone who is working to fulfill your vision. Everyone at Stone Solutions Maine is friendly, engaging and hardworking, we honestly couldn't have asked for a greater partner in this endeavor. That's just the people, the knowledge and the quality of work are just as exceptional and appreciated. The dedication to precision is obvious - and what's more, you know Stone Solutions Maine enjoys the work and strives to show that in the finished product. To be fair, we did attempt to obtain additional quotes and the experience in just speaking with some other companies was not for us. Stone Solutions Maine provided a reasonable time line for the project completion and finished sooner than we anticipated. From speaking with others about associated costs of installing a patio and in doing my own cost analysis to potentially install it myself, the project cost was more than fair in our opinion. As a new homeowner, working with Stone Solutions Maine has by far been the highlight of our "to do list" experience. We are now able to enjoy a greater connection to our outdoor space with our beautiful stone patio and we look forward to the rest of our vision coming to life with their help!!

The owner did not have a clue and never followed up. When we complained, the owner expected us to deal with and manage his worker. Awful. The tile job was awful. The owner had the tile guy "fix" the job, but it came out mediocre. The tile installer was unprofessional and hardly showed up and we simply had to get the job done so we accepted the final crappy job. The owner did not look at or review the job once. We learned that the installer never installed an underpayment under the flooring per the work order. He installed directly over linoleum. We have no idea how long the flooring will hold up snd the owner provided 0 guarantees. It was too late once we learned what happened. He's awful. Please stay away from this business. For the carpet install, we have no complaints with the installer. The owner installed a crappy underlayment pad. It was worse than our original pad. We are very disappointed. He gave us 0 choices.
