They're a great service, the drivers are all nice and very helpful. The prices for Oakview/Alpha cars are really good for a mini cab service. However the fault lies with the reception area, the people you phone to book. There's a male in there who I've spoken to face to face who is amazing when booking taxis and making sure they get to you in good time. However there is a lady that works the reception area sometimes and she's awful. She'll tell you that your taxis booked without actually booking it. Or it'll come late because she's booked it and not actually sent the job to a taxi driver. To anyone that's not paid attention, the drivers usually end up getting the stick for being late when in fact it could actually be the woman at reception. So PLEASE take that into consideration, its not always the drivers fault. And if Oakview/Alpha read this then please do something about your female receptionist, because the customer service lacks with her, severely! read more
