Her knowledge on the city and our community has been very easy living. She keeps everything in tip top shape. She knows what she's doing! Ava, I will absolutely miss you! No street parking at night you get towed ($400 tow bill). 3 car limit for llot parking permits. Fines assessed for high grass. Management doesn't keep common areas grass cut. Most residents can't afford to move to a better mobile home park. Not worth the high rent, too many problems. ​
