He went on the roof took two min, looked up into the fireplace and then reported I didn't need any thing every looked great. He had two recommendations that could be done sometime or not at all. I was some what surprised that he said didn't need any as I thought he would be cleaning my ash pit , maybe I didn't explain what I wanted very well. He gave me my bill for just coming 22 miles and looking things over 20 min tops and charge 160.50 for the service call and had to do nothing ,but a lot of talking about himself and his business and ones he use to run. I worked with Erik Webber through the whole process and got exactly what we were looking for. The cost was reasonable even with choosing higher end components as the labor side of things was as low as my cheapest bid. I'm happy I chose this route as we had a couple issues with the Marvin customer service representative wanting to support their product, but Erik saw it through for us and handled the minor miscellaneous details even though the Marvin windows were our choice. When the Marvin service technician came over, Erik came over as well to ensure we got what we needed. The technician did a really good job and we are happy. ​

The new employee "Chris" took over a month to replace my windows. I am a single woman and thought the work looked fine. After the fact, I had two handymen ask who did my windows because the work was "very shoddy." Not only did Chris skip the caulking, he didn't nail down the flashing. There may be other things wrong, I am unsure. I have contacted Andy twice and he has not followed up on repair. I am very dissatisfied. Plus, the total I paid was more than the initial quote.
