Make yourself a favor and don't move here, the new manager is unprofessional and likes to tamper with renters contract's and rights. He like's to print out dated google documents (make them seem real and there actually fake and illegal) NOT FROM THE KERN COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT & threaten to evict people within three days when he didn't agree to the contract (which was made by owner of the mobile home) and he's just trying to get rid of innocent people. Me and my family were illegally evicted due to the new manager Dieter Aleman. So don't move here or plan to buy a property on this mobile home park I wouldn't recommend it the new manager is also increasing prices on trash and unforeseen bogus rules. read more
