Up front, they have a huge selection of balloon designs. Also, incense and candles. Why 3-stars? Narrow aisles and the smell of urine. Your aisles are narrow. Then some are made very narrow by having merchandise boxes stacked on the floor. Someone in a wheelchair will have a problem. Also, your store isn't clean. As an individual, she is very sweet and personable; she went above and beyond by coming back to retrieve the arrangement after the party ended (was great not to have to figure out the cleanup of so many bulky balloons) and she even separated some balloons to gift to the children in attendance so they could play with them.
