Outstanding Mobile Notary Service - Professional, Reliable, and Fast!…read more I had an urgent need for a mobile notary on a Sunday to finalize a commercial lease signing in Jackson Heights, and NOTARY & FAST POA absolutely delivered. From the first point of contact, Vagan Sadoian was incredibly responsive, clear, and professional--he made sure every detail was covered and that we felt confident the signing would go smoothly. But the real hero of the day was Dante, Vagan's colleague, who showed up right on time and handled everything with calm precision and a great attitude. Given the short notice and weekend timing, I was fully expecting delays or hiccups--but Dante came through in the clutch, prepared and focused. His professionalism helped move everything along quickly and made a potentially stressful situation feel effortless. I've worked with notaries before, but this was on another level--fast, friendly, and fully reliable. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend NOTARY & FAST POA to anyone in need of mobile notary services, especially for real estate or time-sensitive matters. Thanks again to Vagan and Dante for being

We needed an emergency evaluation after Hurricane Sandy and he quickly came to assist us although he was bombarded with work. And when so many other professionals were taking advantage of desperate homeowners, Monte's fees were more than reasonable. I was never afraid to contact him with questions and was relieved to get prompt responses. Now over a year later we are still working with Monte and he continues to come through for us by attending meetings with our contractor and village building inspector. He carefully calculates what needs to be done to insure our construction is done to proper specifications and then patiently explains his findings. Monte is a true professional and our home is turning out beautifully.

Dr. Emmanuel Oduro-Bediako (Gospel Minister)…read more Are you looking for a top-tier-experienced immigration law firm with track record of high success rate in immigration cases? Call Clarke & Associates. I normally do not give public recommendations to companies, but because of my personal experience with Clarke & Associates, I will confidently recommend the law firm. Clarke & Associates are absolutely phenomenal. I faced one of the direst, most consequential unimaginable immigration situations you can think of. My case was the result of the unusual ineffective assistance of my previous attorney. The previous law firm erased almost every possible legal opportunity to remedy my case before I became aware. Consequently, many law firms turned me down and described my situation as a dead case, but Clarke & Associates gave me hope. The statement, "we don't take cases we cannot win," turned out to be the most genuinely preemptive promise a miserable non-immigrant like me needed from a zealous law firm. Throughout the process, the team thoroughly communicated the rationales behind every motion and response to USCIS, the tactical outcomes expected. And as the case unfolded, at every level, desired outcomes matched what was predicted. And until my green card was approved, the team remained relentlessly committed and passionate throughout the process. I highly recommend Clarke & Associates as a law firm that knows how to cut through red tape and how to swiftly get on top of any immigration case in an expedited manner. Find them, if you need help.

Very unprofessional and evasive. I called about replacing a patch panel in a residential property…read moreto address inconsistent internet connectivity issues. He quoted me rough pricing to replace the panel and test the cables, but when I asked a simple question about his testing capabilities (e.g. does he use certified testers or basic continuity testers, do they verify signal integrity...): first he ignored the question saying text him pictures and the address and he'll get back to me. When I asked again, he got uncomfortably evasive and told me he wouldn't tell me how he worked! Really? Delusions of grandeur - like he was protecting trade secrets. I just wanted to know if he could do any better than what I had already done in testing the cables. I told him I wouldn't hire someone without knowing what capabilities I'd be paying for, so he said "It sounds like your fishing for information" and "Take care, Buddy". Big red flags.
