They leave their classroom and students to their assistant guides on a daily basis because they do multiple tasks in the office and outside the office. Their lead teacher in Violet classroom didn't have any teaching skills. She got hired because she is a family related to the owner, Robin. Her previous experience was at Subway. She never had any experience with daycare, preschool or any children. She is one of the laziest and rudest lead teachers. She is always so mean to the students. She eats the kids' snacks. She had no teaching skills before other than that in this Montessori school. The owner and the lead teacher of the Lilac community is barely in her assigned classroom. She does multiple tasks too. I would never ever send my kids to this school. This Montessori school is not good for your kids if you want the school with loving, caring teachers and safety environment.

The clubs and programs continue to get better every year. I have attended plays, games, and art shows here; all excellent quality. The staff is superior to any I have experienced elsewhere; from the custodians, lunch ladies, office staff, teachers, counselors, librarian all the way up to Mr. Mershon. I feel blessed that my daughter was able to graduate from here. Because of the caring mentors and helpful advice she received, she is now attending USC with a near full ride scholarship. This was something I never would have dreamed possible for our family and I am so thankful. My middle child is currently completing his first year here and has loved it, especially his band experiences. Sadly, we will have to move this summer and it will take our family out of district. I fought hard for the ability to stay but it wasn't to be. Even so, I hope that he will carry with him the seeds of success that, I know, they have already been planting. One year later, I am proud to say that yes my 5 year-old daughter can do all of the above. She is happy and healthy. She has play-dates every other weekend with friends from school. We read together every night--and she has not even started Kindergarten. She loves her teachers and creative projects & schoolwork they do everyday at her own "little desk". As a full-time working mother, I was nervous being away from her for 9 hours a day. But the director and staff at OCE delivered on all of their promises to me. I highly recommend Outreach Christian Education to anyone who needs a childcare provider that will treat your kids like their own and will embrace you as family.
