We've been renting a lot for our rv from Washington Terrace for the last three years. I wasn't sure…read moreif this was the right place for us when I saw it (there are a lot of lots) but am now extremely happy we decided to try it. The management was very helpful in getting our rv hooked up as we were first time rv buyers. The location is near all the amenities we could ask for while being quiet at night. Our neighbors were welcoming and friendly, and made me feel safer about leaving our rv for extended periods of time while my husband was between jobs and we went back home. The park itself is neatly kept. Some may not like being asked to cut their grass, but I appreciated it as all the lots were well maintained. Sadly, my husband's job has ended and we're taking our rv back home. If he ever has work in the area again and we need a place to rent, Washington Terrace remains our first choice.

Management at this place targets everyone I know that lives here. They have no ethics and only care…read moreto throw their power around, and everyone i know here has ever had anything good to say about them. They just want their check's. I've literally seen them creep up in their golf cart riding around looking to leave more written threat to everyone. You cant even change a tire because working on your vehicle is not allowed within their policy. Without warning or notice they can terminate you without the obligation to say why. Every year fees increase and we get nothing out of it and we get pipes that continue to freeze more often. Winter time the water is shut off every week allowing all the pipes to expanded and freeze. As far as i know they send you a warning text about the pipes being shut off only minutes before they do it. Leaving you with no time to prep so i hope you like going to the gas station when you need to take care of your bladder.

When I called corporate about the snow removal issues this year she was dismissive and wanted to stick up for the new management team but I offered to send this lady video footage as she said her plow drivers were out all weekend and she refused as anytime a car comes up my road my cameras go off to see who it is. I would not recommend this place to anyone until office staff and managers do something different because what they have going on now is not working.

It's been 3 years and there is still damage to the outside of my trailer that was supposed to be fixed immediately. Showed me one property that I thought I was purchasing then once we signed paperwork they handed me the keys to a property down the road with a much smaller parking pad and now I'm dealing with rule violation notices because I don't have enough space to park. Lot rent has gone up almost $100 in the 3 years I've been here. They don't take care of the property or anything. Roads are so bad here they damage tires and front ends of vehicles.
