If they don't answer, either call the main company and they'll contact the office for you or just go up to the main office (at English village apartments) and talk to them. The laundry machines rarely and barely work, pot holes scatter the parking lot/road and the windows are basically speakers to hear everyone who is outside. However, it's not a bad apartment, at all, especially for the price. These apartments are near gas stations, colleges, food and the interstate. That is also a plus, along with the price. Its slowly getting better with the new management making their changes. read more
