The procedure itself (while nerve wracking for me personally) was seamless. They made me feel as physically comfortable as possible and explained the steps of the procedure so I was mentally comfortable. Additionally, the Dr made certain to go over the follow up care thoroughly to make certain there was no confusion. The next day, I received a follow up call from the Dr to confirm I was feeling better and to address any questions or concerns. Hands down, this office and its practitioners are professional, compassion and very good at what they do.

The staff are INCREDIBLY nice and accommodating, and you can tell that they really have a passion for what they do. Whenever I go, I always get Michelle as a dental hygienist and she is fantastic at what she does. She always makes sure to tell you what she is seeing and why she is doing what she is doing, but she doesn't expect you to talk back, which is nice. There is nothing worse than having a hygienist who wants to have a conversation with you while their hands are all up inside your mouth. Michelle will take pauses and ask questions to get to know you, which is a nice added touch. Dr. Kivus is incredibly personable and makes an effort to get to know every one of his patients. It's these little personal touches that make Gannett Drive Dental what it is. I will definitely be a faithful patient to Gannett Drive Dental.

Unfortunately my long time dentist retired and I needed a new dentist. When I called Gannett Drive Dental, the first person I spoke with was Kathy, the office manager. She was so friendly and helpful! She set me and my husband up with appointments, took some basic information down and mailed out our new patient forms promptly. I had my first routine cleaning today and I had a very positive experience overall. I was greeted upon entry, the waiting area was clean and comfortable and my wait wasn't long. The dental hygienist, Gina, was friendly, kind and did a great job cleaning my teeth. I didn't experience any discomfort. She listened to my concerns and addressed them patiently, professionally and knowledgeably. Dr. Fillebrown was also very kind, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I was pretty anxious initially but after awhile I found myself much more at ease. I'm very happy with my experience and would highly recommend Gannett Drive Dental.

Our dentist Dr. Nichol is the best !!!, followed by Dr. Doug who happens to be married to her. This office is thriving with multiple dentists, technicians & office staff. The office seems to be busy all the time. I recommend using Dunstan Dental for all your dental needs. Today I spent 3.5 hours in the chair having multiple procedures done. Todays invoice was a choker for sure but God Bless dental insurance picking up 50% of the invoice. It seems like I must come out of retirement & get a job to pay the bill. And unlike some endodontists who insist on two appointments, one for exam and another for the procedure, Dr. Sebok did it all in one sitting. My dentist, who followed up with a crown, was particularly complimentary of Dr. Sebok's work and on the detailed report he sent. My dentist showed the report and x-rays to his staff as an example of how it should be done.

They have a number of dentist and hygienists on the roster, mainly I've worked with Dr. Ghandi and Dr.Harwood. They're both amazing, and don't make you feel like you're less, because of your teeth. I've been working on my teeth for a few years now, so we know each other well at this point. The office is large and clean, and they use the best of the best and are always getting new equipment. They're kind, gentle, and efficient. If you have to sit in the chair for a bit, they'll happily put on Netflix for you! How lovely, and wonderful ! They check on you throughout the procedure to be sure you're comfortable. They even allowed me to pay my account off over time! They were/are in horrible shape and I was never given any positive feedback or hope from any dentist I've ever gone to. The amazing team at Biddeford Saco Dental Associates gave me hope. From day one Dr Brayley and the amazing team there made me feel like my dreams can come true. That I could have a picture perfect smile again. That I could be proud of my smile. The beat part? I never felt judged! Instead it was a "let make it happen attitude". They didn't drag their feet! I met them 1.5 months ago and today I went in to start get caps and bridges on my top teeth. Although what I have now is temporary, until the final product comes in, I'm still in amazement. The best part... the whole team was exited for me! Everyone wanted to see and congratulate me. I was high-pressured on two occasions to go see an oral surgeon for dental implants, which I let them know i was not interested in. I had a 2nd appointment with the hygienist, a male dentist came in, looked at my teeth briefly, strongly recommended to talk with oral surgeon about implants. I did not have an appointment with him, yet on the $534.00 bill for that day with the hygienist, his cut is $159.00. I give this place 1 star, I feel cheated, I think they are scamming my insurance and high pressuring people. Get a written estimate up front, the hygienist said my 'Good' insurance covered 4 cleanings a year, I didn't expect a bill this large. I don't trust them, and recommend you go somewhere a little more trustworthy. It kind of gives these kind of businesses a bad name.
