Cicero Ave, Midlothian, IL 60445. I went to Pump #9 to purchase gas and selected the $7 Express Car Wash. After fueling, my receipt showed I had been charged for the $15 Deluxe Wash instead. I immediately went inside to speak with a cashier and requested the difference be refunded or adjusted. The cashier explained they did not know how to do this and called for assistance. A woman named Patti (I am unsure if she is a manager, as she never introduced herself) came to assist. She did not acknowledge me, walked past me, and only after the cashier prompted me to follow did she address the issue. Patti used her card at the pump, stated that the system does not allow for selecting options, and told me I had selected the $7 wash myself. When I explained again that I had not and requested the refund difference or the correct wash, she refused, saying, "I'm not fixing it." I reminded her I am a regular customer, and she responded that I "should know how the pumps work," before walking away. When I asked for the corporate contact number, she did not provide it verbally but pointed to the door where the 866 number was posted. This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have ever had. I am requesting: A refund of the $7 difference between the wash I selected and what I was charged. An explanation of how this error occurred. A formal apology for the poor treatment I received from Patti. A review of this employee's conduct, as her behavior was dismissive and unacceptable. I left the car at 8:30, walked 15 minutes to a nearby restaurant for breakfast, and within 20 minutes I got a phone call saying my car was ready. Having scheduled 3 hours for this service,I was told the vehicle could not sit there and hd to be pick up immediately. So I had to have someone else pick up my vehicle, who didn't review the work. When I got home, I was shocked at the condition of the interior. There were fine white hairs all through the back of the vehicle, the sides of the seats looked like they were never touched because there were still drips of coffee visible. And the biggest shock were the floor mat were piled in the back upside down "because they were wet". The front 2 mats were not even touched, they looked the same as when I dropped it off. When I contacted customer service, first I was advised they don't clean the back of SUV's, without an additional charge. When I pointed out on their own website, the 225.00 does cover the rear, their new excuse was they contacted the location and they said it was cleaned and I should have brought it to their attention when I was there. . When I forwarded photos, showing it was not, they said the complaint would be escalated to a supervisor. 2 months and several message later, still no action. Cancelled monthly service, enjoying far better service at Crow cr wash, for less money a month. STAY AWAY!

Unfortunately my relative didn't pay attention that he was given $50 and to spend $20 on the tank. This cashier didn't give the $30 change back because he since my brother didn't realize til after the fact he gave a whole 50.00. I had to go into the station to let the cashier know I know for a fact that you just received a $50 bill and I am owed change of $30.00 .
