When we got to the store, it looked very clean and had a HUGE outdoor furniture section. We immediately spotted large swings with cushions. They were absolutely perfect for what we wanted to be the main feature on the new patio! Not having enough space for both, swings and couch, this was the best solution. I'm genuinely confused by this company's customer service and advertising. I submitted a carpet…read moresample request through their website in August because they advertise free samples as a way for potential customers to compare carpet before purchasing. I received an email thanking me for my sample request, but the samples never arrived. After waiting several weeks, I called to follow up. The salesperson told me they were "in the business of selling carpet, not giving it away." I explained that I was trying to buy carpet and was asking for help choosing different carpet types that would work well in a home with dogs. I even asked what he would recommend so that I could purchase the appropriate product. His response was essentially, "I don't know what to tell you," and I was told they would not provide the samples. What makes this especially frustrating is that I wasn't looking for free carpet -- I was trying to use the sample service their own website advertises in order to decide what to buy from them. I emailed the company on September 8 explaining the interaction and asking for clarification on their sample policy. Nearly a month passed without any response. I was actively trying to give this company my business. Instead, I got conflicting information, dismissive customer service, no samples, and no response to my complaint. That's an incredibly strange way to treat someone who is literally asking how to spend money with your company
