When I got there, the very helpful guy on the desk said that the system wouldn't allow it to happen as a free change, as it was 6 weeks out of the 3 year exchange period, but he kindly did it for a reduced price. On returning home, I spent a very long time on the phone to apple support, who acknowledged that their site didn't mention time restrictions (and still doesn't!), but that I should have somehow known It anyway, and they refused to accept any blame. CTS did their best- Apple a bunch of lying cheats.

Terrible service. Truly…read more Checked their prices online, come in and they start quoting different prices and are clearly furious when I point out their website says something different. Got told to get out and they wouldn't serve me because I was "being rude". Rude? I'd asked whether they guaranteed the work they did! Edit: I also feel that their passive agressive reply speaks volumes. I'm not the type to complain, this is the only 1 star review I've given on Yelp and it was earned.
