Owner blames PayPal but he knows I am out 200£ and he should honor that but instead is now ignoring my emails and is not making sure I get the money back. Anyway I since learned how to repair my own but still use the store when in need of parts or software. On this occasion I needed MS Office student with 3 user licences & this place had it for a cheaper price than anywhere on the net. It is a professionally run shop with knowledgable/friendly staff that seem to be the same guys from my first encounter. Well deserved 5 stars. Tucked up a little pedestrian walkway, off the main street. No parking obviously!
