The guy was quite intimidating although I am sure he didn`t mean to be that way, or the guy who appeared behind me as I demanded a repair to a shoddy job. The guy was adamant that a wee crack on the screen was the fault and refused to even look at the 4 minute video of it ghosting. He keeps saying `its the crack, it the crack, its the crack`. He was not going to budge and accept responsibility. PLEASE. do not use this shop. the guy is actually all smiles when making a sale - but make a complaint and he changes !. Not a nice feeling.
