Absolutely fantastic fresh Mexican food in Paris. Absolute delight to taste! Truly excellent spot,…read morefor Cinco de Mayo. We made a reservation on a Sunday at 1:30pm and it was busy but not crowded. The décor is contemporary and clean with Frida Kahlo gracing the walls and trinkets of color and books of México. Odd point but must be said: Cleanest, whitest and biggest bathroom in Paris! The staff was super friendly and bi-lingual so parle Français or habla español si deseas.... We ordered the guacamole, the shredded pork (chochinita pibil) tacos and quesadillas. For main meal, the beef steak. All were amazing, delicious!!! Super fresh guacamole! Very light on the salt, so my partner added salt but I felt mine was perfect as is! We ordered two drinks, Viva La Vida, and another green gin drink whose name I do not recall, sorry! The staff, the décor, the food, the drinks... love! To be fair, I think the french palate wouldn't tolerate more spice, but I think the chef could add a plate or two. I cant wait to go back for sure!!!

It's on a small street and a little challenging to find. We ordered guacamole to start and it was excellent. The chips were fresh and thin with the appropriate amount of salt. The guacamole itself was flavorful and authentic. A good start to the meal. We both had tacos-I had the duck tacos and my wife had the pork. They came on blue corn tortillas and were pretty good. They could have done with some pico de gallo but the meat was tender and well spiced. The service was excellent as was the atmosphere. The table next to us had margaritas that looked great. All in all a good alternative in Paris for your Mexican food fix.

We tried the cochinita pibil and the fajita tacos and neither was to my liking, the flavors were not there and seems like it wasn't real Mexican food. The margarita was good but note that it is frozen not on the rocks. Will stick to french food in Paris. I do have to mention the people working there were very nice.

It wasn't bad per say, but I think other Mexican places have set the bar pretty high as per my expectations. The place is small and the decoration is cute, and the owner seems quite friendly. The food is reasonably priced, and they do take away. If you're in the 13th near place D'italie, this is one of the few options in the area. We went with nachos and margaritas and tacos. The nachos were pretty legit - they were loaded and even had jalapeños. The margarita was made in a slushy machine - kind of like a granita but it wasn't very strong. Finally, the tacos were what underwhelmed me. They were just very plain. I think it would be nice if they were served with some black beans, for example. On their own, they just seemed kind of sad. The meat inside was also just ok. All in all, this place isn't terrible, but it's by no means on the same level as some other delicious and authentic Mexican places.

How lucky am I to live a few streets down? I can now get my chipotle fix almost daily!!…read more The only problem I have with this place is that they are always out of something. Once I couldn't get Barbacoa so I ended up with chicken, the next time I couldn't get guacamole, and once I ordered chips and guacamole and didn't get chips even though they promised chips within five min. They ended up refunding us for the chips and guac. So they are always missing something which is too bad because they could really be perfect. This place is extra clean and seating is plentiful with two floors of tables and a small outdoor seating area. The staff members speak English and French which is nice. They also serve up a mean margarita. I love that students get 25% off because it makes my whole meal so damn cheap and delicious! I find the burrito serving sizes here in Paris a lot smaller than in the US but this location will make it bigger if you ask for more rice. You can grab water from the drinking fountain downstairs. Thank god this place exists because I always need my burrito fix.

The restaurant is clean and spacious, and offers outdoor seating as well. As an American chain, it also offers air conditioning (gotta love it.) it is handicapped-friendly and has an elevator offering access to the handicapped bathroom downstairs. Plenty of seating, friendly staff. Granted I came early at 6:30pm before the rush, but staff were polite and efficient. 9.30 for a burrito/bowl/salad. While I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, I must say that the location is awesome and I wouldn't hesitate to keep this place in mind next time I'm in the hood and need a bite to eat.
