J'ai commandé la pizza Siciliana, et c'était très brûlé. Les morceaux d'aubergine étaient tous recouverts de morceaux noirs brûlés, et toute la moitié de la croûte était brûlée et inutilisable - et la croûte est la raison principale pour aller ici, car elle est censée être vraiment bonne. Le dessous de la pizza a également été brûlé. J'étais incapable de manger la plupart de mes pizzas à cause de la brûlure: je ne pouvais pas manger plus que quelques bouchées. J'étais avec un groupe de professeurs et de pairs, sinon j'aurais immédiatement informé le serveur.
Comme je ne pouvais pas, j'ai dit au responsable immédiatement après que tout le monde soit parti, et il était extrêmement grossier et irresponsable - "Oh, ce n'était pas brûlé quand vous l'avez mangé, mais maintenant, c'est brûlé ?!" etc. même si c'était extrêmement grossier et irrespectueux. J'ai dit que je n'en avais pas mangé comme le serveur l'a vu quand il a récupéré mon assiette, mais ils ont refusé de me rembourser pour le repas. Encore une fois, j'aurais immédiatement dit au serveur, mais je ne pouvais pas le faire à cause de la position délicate d'être avec un groupe de professionnels - et malgré tout, aucune pizzeria respectable ne devrait servir une pizza brûlée de manière cancéreuse. J'étais à peine capable d'en manger deux bouchées.
Je ne reviendrai jamais ici, gravement déçu par la nourriture brûlée et le directeur affreux et grossier.

I ordered the Siciliana pizza, and it was very burnt. The eggplant pieces were ALL crusted with black burnt pieces, and the whole half of the crust was burnt and uneatable - and the crust is the main reason to go here, because it's supposed to be really good. The underside of the pizza was also burnt. I was unable to eat most of my pizza because of how burnt it was - I could eat no more than a few bites. I was with a group of my professors and peers, otherwise I would have told the waiter immediately.
Since I could not, I told the manager immediately after everyone else had left, and he was extremely rude and dismissive - "oh it wasn't burnt when you ate it but now it's burnt?!" etc. even though It was extremely rude and disrespectful. I said that I did not eat most of it as the waiter saw when he collected my plate, but they refused to refund me for the meal. Again, I would have told the waiter immedaitely, but I could not because of the awkward position of being with a professional group - and regardless, no respectable pizzeria should be serving pizza that is cancerously burnt. I was barely able to eat two bites of it.
Will never be coming here again, severely disappointed by the burnt food and the awful, rude manager. read more
