Dr. Baubly has always been patient, kind, and compassionate to me. I have finally found a medical practice where I feel like I am treated like a person, the way I would treat someone if I was a nurse or doctor. His office has none of the impersonal failing of big corporate medical offices.

This is a great place to seek holistic medical attention…read more It's a clean office and he has patients from children to seniors. He offers extensive medical testing such as detail blood work, saliva, hair, urine/stool testing even your core energy field. He gives you a lot of paperwork/graphs/charts of your test results and goes over them to you in detail and you don't feel rushed. Dr. Galera is a medical Doctor so he can also prescribe pharm drugs as well as natural supplements (this is in his office). He helped me with my imbalanced hormones. Keep in mind his supplements can be a bit pricey. He's the only doctor that was able to answer my "whys" of how I emotionally feel, visible symptoms, and other issues that I use to have. So if you prefer seeing a holistic doctor than conventional ones, then he's a person to meet. However, they lost one star from me because they no longer take health insurance as o June 1, 2013. I felt like I was heard, more than can usually be said for modern realities in medicine that force doctors to see X patients per hour to meet their responsibilities to their facilities. I've had good experiences (except for once) with DuPage Medical Group, and Dr. Yoon is an excellent option. His nurse Denice is absolutely, totally charming; wonderful, funny, and patient; and she comes across as being very heart-centered. One of the nicest nurses ever! Even if Dr. Yoon had been a jerk, I'd have returned to him just for her.

They wrote it o a piece of paper and i had to bring it with me every visit. They also weight the kids in a back room full of electrical boxes. I had to carry my already upset child through the office into a creepy room to sit him in a scale. On the positive, the doctors were all very nice. I dont have any criticism for how they do their job, just the condition of the office, how its run and the lack of cleanliness.

I took my twins there for the first 4 years of their lives until our insurance changed (the office doesn't accept HMO), but Dr. Mangahas and her colleagues Kid Care Medical are all very good doctors. They always took real good care of my boys and were very good about keeping track of what's going on with their health, their vaccinations, especially since they were riddled with asthma trouble the first few years. They're very knowledgeable about their patients, they make sure all your questions are answered, they never rush the appt when you're with them (which partially explains the long wait time, sometimes), and they're mindful of when a child is just too fearful for a procedure. Another reason for the long wait time is because they don't really turn anyone away, especially during the sick season. I don't know about now, but when we were going, they did their best to help as many people as they humanly could, and they often ended up staying at that office finishing up their appts after their office hours are closed. Now, the office staff is actually very nice, but they don't always come off that way and easily misinterpreted once in a while. Maybe it's just a newer staff member with less customer svc experience when it comes to talking to clients? Not really sure. And you have to be very clear if the appt you need for your kid is urgent and you know that the doctor would for sure want to see them, otherwise the staff will delay the appt b/c they have a LOT of clients. For me, personally, the doctors were worth the wait, especially for the kind of care and attention she and the other doctors would provide my kids. =)
