I pulled in and was helped by Chris and his team right away! Worried about what the damage would be Chris and his friendly team eased our worries. The 3 men in the bay were super efficient, knowledgeable, informative and honest in their work. Meanwhile inside, my boyfriend and I got the pleasure of meeting and talking to Chris. Chris was beyond kind and such a joy to talk to. Our time there waiting for my car to get an oil change flew by with being in the midst of great company. His team (& I wish I got all of their names) was super efficient and got us back on the road in no time. I have never had better service and I even enjoyed getting my oil changed. One year and three months later ,he performed a job that no one else would take.. It took great tenacity, A love for his job and work that was done to the best that anyone could have done to get my car.. From having one off parts made, trying to figure out the mistakes and wrong parts that been done to this Corvette over 20 years.. He and his workforce have the highest ethics, both professional and personal. I am 77 years old and I thought I would never drive this car again. Everyone else that has worked on it -- failed miserably.. I have been ripped off so many times in the past four years. It's just unbelievable how people have no ethics..Words cannot express how deeply I feel about all the work and all the time Ryan and Brandon patiently spent to achieve a miracle.This 1962 Corvette has had everything rebuilt , replaced or had new parts I feel that I could drive this car to New York and back, and never once worry about failing on me. The young man behind the counter help me figure out what was wrong and get the right part. Even when I was outside (using non church language) the asst manager came out into the rain to help. Nice people, clean store. I will do business with them again.

I walk into the store and every employee stares at me and none of them greet me or ask what I need…read morehelp with. So I'm standing at the front counter awkwardly until someone walks up to me. The young man obviously couldn't be bothered but I was still nice. I ask if they could run the diagnostics of my vehicle, he doesn't say anything just grabs the machine and we proceed outside. He runs the diagnostics and I ask if he can print it out, he says no, I ask if he knows thee meaning of any of the codes, he says no. I took pictures and left. I only came here for a second opinion before I escalate the issues with the dealership. Huge waste of time and very off putting that there is no book of any sort to look at for these codes. Just save yourself the trouble and go to Auto Zone.
