Very friendly folks. Then there is the beautiful pottery in great quantity, all set apart by the styles and variety from the everyday ceramic humdrum in most shops that we use to furnish our kitchens and our lives. Why pick up a cup from a department store when you can have "the only one"? Then, there is the invention: A small pound cake ceramic pan (with recipe). A bowl for cooking and serving an individual baked apple. An Apple shaped Apple Crisp bowl that goes straight to the table. In case you've ever given thought as to how your family will remember you, someone picking up a unique piece of cookware and having fond memories of mealtime around the table is not a bad way to be recalled. We have been very impressed with Sandra and Glenn. They are not a secret in the area, but maybe less known than they should be. read more

While cleaning today, I picked up one of my favorite possessions - a 2-toned gray pitcher that I purchased from O'Quinn Pottery in 1989! It's a beautiful piece, well made with graceful lines and I still love the colors. It also reminds me of an outing with one of my best friends, plus her sister and more friends. I've had this pitcher for 31 years and hopefully I'll have it for another 31 years. Freindly people, great product, and perfect mug sizes. I stopped in their shop while visiting family in NC. Theirs was one of many shops we stopped in, but also one of my favorite. After bringing my new mug to work, many people admired it, so I called O'Quinn Pottery, asked if they'd ship to CA, and they did! I ordered a couple new mugs for my boss and mother, they shipped them out to me, and arrived in perfect condiditon. Only one complaint... No website!!! I will definately be ordering from them again (shipping charges are worth it) and will suggest them to anyone looking. read more
