Water Street Antiques & Interiors specializes in wood furniture. Real wood... no MDF, plywood, or…read moreveneers. The designs are timeless and classic. The furniture includes new and reclaimed antique wood furniture and European and Colonial antiques. They have two locations. This shop is in Sutter Creek, CA, right on Main Street aka Old Route 49. They are located across from the City Hall. The shop is gorgeously curated and staged. Beautiful, quality pieces. Impressively large showroom. Pricing is not expensive but not cheap either. They even have home decor and textile tablecloths for purchase. Walking through here makes me want to redecorate my house. They have glass cabinets, sideboards, night stand, lamps, dining tables and chairs, antiques (over 100 years old), vintage pieces (not quite over 100 years old but creeping up there in age)... plus so much more. The dining and living pieces have a style vibe of modern farmhouse, California coastal, and English country manor. All stunning. I loved the new handcrafted cotton tablecloths. Beautiful quality, They were thick, soft cotton with vibrant colors in various patterns, some bold and others subtle. The antiques they had were unique, there were these two wooden spice boxes from the 1890s that intrigued me. One is Czech with tiny enamel knobs and name plates, the other seems to have German based words with metal knobs and plates. Plus there was an antique wood carved animal butler (circa 1900s) near the front door that caught my eye. It stands near 5 feet tall (with its base), brightly painted colors, adorable facial expression and outfit.

This place is great. We have bought many pieces from them. Great quality and beautiful designs…read more We bought a kitchen table set but wanted different chairs, they were happy to switch out what we wanted.
