Still on the hunt for a nail person in Billtown. This place offered pedi's from $25 on up. I got the $33 one with hot towel and mini-massage. The pedi was fine except they didn't put a top coat on...? It lasted 10 days without a nick and I do wear close toed shoes sometimes. Up until I went to checkout everything was fine and I would have totally gone back and just asked for a topcoat but upon paying you realize they do take credit/debit but they ask for cash for tip which I totally understand and they offer an ATM but still is wonky. Just take credit cards or don't. Cash is king. The main reason I won't return is because they add their credit card fees on top of the cost instead of just pricing it in but more importantly when I asked why the extra .83 the lady just kept pushing the receipt at me and almost yelling 'sign here, sign here'. Even if you don't speak English you know when someone is asking a question by the inflection and it was clear she clearly had zero people skills even with a language barrier. I won't be returning but doesn't mean it's not for someone else. read more

I had black paint all over my fingers and skin. Two nails are completely uneven and slant to the side... The worst experience I've ever had. I tried getting her to fix some things but this women clearly doesn't know what she's doing or english at all. I've been getting my nails done for years and I feel like a child just did my fingers. Waste of $50. Bad shape and paint job. If I could give zero stars I would. Beyond disappointing I can see the light through the BLACK PAINT. I've never seen this in my life. read more

It would be nice if they'd honor appointment times. They recommend making an appointment, but do not look to see who has one that is waiting and end up taking later appointments before the earlier ones. Very frustrating to sit and wait when people with appointments later than yours are called back before you. What is the point of making an appointment? read more

I was overcharged for my daughters gel manicure today. When questioned they stated that they had to remove her previous gel polish for five dollars. My daughter never had gel polish on. This is the second time I have been overcharged for things that I didn't want or didn't question. Be very cautious regarding your bill. Went for a Pedi. Purchased the highest price option. I was in and out in 30 min. The tech was working like he was running a marathon to finish. When filing my toe nails , it was so rough two of my twos were left bleeding. The massage portion primarily was only my legs while the paraffin bag was in place. Of course, my complaint to management was answered with an explanation that good help is hard to get. Disgusted. Never again. read more

worst customer service ever!!! My grandmother was in and nicked her nails after they were painted and the lady said to the other lady, oh she always does that when she comes in here and rolled her eyes, not knowing we were related. This was a different time, but i thought i'd give them another chance. The lady that did my nails, did a good job but she criticized my previous nails asking where I got them done from, no one said hi when i walked in, several people were busy on their cell phones but couldn't take the time to even look up at me. The lady that did my nails completed them then prompt me to pick out a color and told me that she wouldn't be painting them, her husband would. He sat down, didn't even look at me, no hi or how are you, nothing, and painted my nails then got up and left with my hands still in the gel dryer. I was fixing to walk out without paying because no one even acknowledged me. New place but horrible job, I don't recommend this for every one! Worst pedicure of my life! The salon was filthy! There were stains all over the floor and nails EVERYWHERE! The foot file they used was nasty, brown, and worn. The massage was hurtful and the application of the nail polish not only was on my nail but the skin around it. Workers were sleeping right by customers getting pedicures. Overall it was a very filthy and horrible service salon. Absolutely terrible!! Worst service I have ever gotten! My nails came out terrible and crooked and they kept filing it shorter and shorter trying to fix it. THey ignore you when you first come in and make you wait forever! Staff has a terrible attitude and you can tell that they do not want to be there. I asked the girl doing my nails to fix it and she snapped that it was the best she could do, demanded i pay, and asked me not to come back if i didnt like it! Only on special occasions is it that I get my nails done. So when my mother wanted to pay for my sister and I to get the done for Christmas, we figured why not try the new place. Well I was very disappointed to say the least. Once in the chairs the two people who did mine and my sisters nails were very rude.
