I want to think O'malley Tunstall firm of Tarboro, North Carolina, Social Security, disability, and personal injury lawyers for helping me with my injury disability case. Terry Baker , paralegal in the Tarboro office was OUTSTANDING in helping me over the almost 2 year disability case. Terri always kept me informed, and when I was down and out about my case, she always picked me up by her conversations with me or the uplifting texts, she sent me about my case and what the law firm was doing to fight for me. THIS law firm, and the people who work there Were and are outstanding. THAMK You guys very much ! If you are going through an injury disability from your job don't look any further. They do a great job and are very compassionate. Thank you , Paul C. read more

I approached him hoping for help, and he immediately took me into the attorney room to hear my story. In just a few minutes, he understood my situation, explained my options, and offered me a price that honestly felt like a blessing. After I called his office and paid his fee, he didn't waste a second. He turned around and got my case dismissed. Just like that. And as if that wasn't enough, he also got my wife's/co‑defendant's case dismissed too--free of charge. That kind of compassion and dedication is rare. I have zero clue as to how ANYONE could give him less than a five star review. I'll admit, he can be hard to reach sometimes, but the results he delivers make it worth every bit of patience. Rick Hamlett is truly one of the best attorneys I've ever had represent me. He changed the outcome of our lives when we needed help the most, and I will always be thankful for what he did for my family. Thank you, Rick. You'll never know I how much your work meant to us.

In my first meeting i knew he was the person. He listened about the whole situation, he was extremely compassionate. He told me to take care of my son's health while he was going to take care of the charges and maybe my son might not have to come back to North Carolina. he offered me help that you usually do with a relative. I left his office relieved. After a few months, he was able to have the charges dismissed and my son was not required to go back to North Carolina risking another mental breakdown. His staff is great too. Maria is extremely helpful and nice. If you are searching for a lawyer, Thomas Moore is the one.
