I've known Joe for years. He and Rae both do excellent work. He is "old school" - most law offices these days just Churn N' Burn through clients. Most firms won't interview police officers, recheck their statements, look for problems, etc. Each Associate at one of the larger firms will have 30+ clients at any given time! Some of those "Bill Board" lawyers don't even do the work - they just refer you to another lawyer for a percentage of the fee!
Joe and Rae aren't like that - you get one on one time with them. You get honest answers and they put in the work. Joe will tell you upfront the realities of your case. He doesn't sugar coat things - and when your freedom is on the line - you don't need someone BSing you.
They aren't cheap, but you get what you pay for. They aren't the type of firm that "wins every case" like you might see on a TV show like Alley McBeal, Law and Order, or the Goodwife.
Unfortunately, if you have multiple convictions, are on probation, and you were again arrested with drugs - you are going to do time. But I've seen Joe and Rae take apart the evidence, poke holes in a case, and achieve some massively reduced sentences. And if your rights were trampled on - they will fight tooth and nail to get your case tossed out.
95% of their work is through referrals, and there is a reason for that... They are great at what they do.
If you are looking at going to prison for a long time - give them a call. You might not like what they have to say - but you can count on their honesty, integrity and years of experience. read more
