I gave them a second chance after I got majorly screwed the first time. they fired the guy believed…read morehim over coming to talk to the customer to close out an insurance claim. so I gave them not only a second chance but all the pictures and emails I had from the last job to try to help them recover any losses because we got screwed as well. it was supposed to be a roofing ceiling gutter and clean up job but no gutters and no cleanup ever happened. so this was my beautiful decorative ceiling in my living room unfortunately do to hard times I'm assuming they don't make my tiles anymore. so I had to go with basic. they had the same disrespectful guy come do my ceilings again. same crap work as last time and want me to pay my deductible or it's fraud. I didn't know let's say $1000 in supplies plus maybe 20 hours of labor came to $4,600+ my estimate isn't broken down enough to tell me. So I'll add some pics of what they want to leave me with or make me pay for. Yet they got discounted tiles already. And are calling the manufacturer beccause it's a defect so most likely the tiles will be either free or heavily discounted. but I have to pay for being on the back burner this whole project. Being kept out of the loop. Never knowing what's going on. The day I have my living room ready no one shows up but they day after Easter and birthdays I'm expected to have everything moved and poor gone over night. I'm told by the guy whose getting paid that I need to move my couch and that he isn't fixing the ceiling tile that looks like my kids cut it because that's what the head guy would do and he wasn't informed to do it another way like take the fan down to make it look nice. he never showed up on time once, their excuse he has kids. I have kids. My husbands makes it to work 30 min early every day unless there's an emergency and he calls. No one has control of the employees two years ago and now. Well at least he showed up this time last time was two no call no shows. I got called a neglected home owner in my home multiple times but the contrator. Yet it still come back to well it you were a normal customer it would be different I would let you keep you deposit or give you something back but that would be fraud. Called the insurance company. not fraud they paid me to pay them so I'm a normal paying customer and now because I have been treated with disrespect and been pushed off on everyone else you know what has been done to my house as well. HHI Roofing was hired to put a roof on a new house I am building. 75% of the roof was fine but the…read moreone side of the roof was installed uneven/improperly and needed replaced. This was verified by the inspector. Instead of replacing the roof, HHI refused to do anything about it blaming it on faulty shingles. A worker from HHI even came back out to the house and agreed that the shingles on the one side needed replaced. The owner, however, refused to fix the problem. I would strongly suggest not using HHI for any roofing needs.

I called around and settled in on HHI Roofing after my neighbors told me how pleased they were with the new roof HHI Roofing put on their house and how they were happy with the cost/value of the job. Paul came to my house, showed me the samples of roofs shingles and gave me a quote that day. I called him back the next day and he said three weeks till he could schedule the day. He called to give me the date for the job. He was true to his word and the job was done in one day. The crew finished the job by rolling the ground with a magnetic roller to pick up all the random screws. Great job. The flashing around the edge of the roof blew off-some is lifting up due to lack of screws and only half of our gutter brackets are on; *(the rest are laying IN the gutter) We called and left a message for them to come and check this warrantied roof out. No response. Today we called and were told we needed to provide our contract. I have this at home in our files so I responded-can you please pull this up on your end? We were told they dont keep this kind of record?? WTH? IM ASSUMING THEY PAY BUSINESS TAXES??? I was able to pull up the paid receipts in my email: $11,412 and $5187 We shared those but were told that if there was an issue with damage from wind; etc....they wont help with that. They didn't even want to swing by and check their faulty install or attempt to satisfy a paying customer. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!!! Fly by night LLC ) :
