I called two roofing companies for estimates. One wouldn't touch the job unless they got to do the whole roof at a cost of $12,000+. The other would do just the repairs to the dormer but not guarantee the work. I called my insurance agent and found insurance would not pay to repair/replace. He referred me to Sharon Roofing. Fred came out the next day. He actually went UP ON THE ROOF to look (the other two didn't), he took pictures of what he thought may be the problem and showed them to me. While he was up there, he caulked the cracks and holes that he saw (no charge). He gave me a very reasonable estimate and included a guarantee of the work and materials. The job was done 10/13/2021. I'm extremely pleased with their efficiency and professionalism, and happy with the job overall.

We had no major issues with the first bathroom reno in 2019. Work on this bathroom project began in early January 2020. During this time we also contracted them to repaint numerous interior rooms, our railings, some carpentry work on our steps to add risers, and add a door to an office. During the bathroom remodel, in February there was a soft clog in the line and our basement partially flooded. Once cleanup was completed, we also contracted Marra to tear out and renovate our newly flooded basement. During this time from January to May we had numerous issues with sloppiness and general mess that was made, unreliability of workers, quality of work, all of which I addressed repeatedly as the issues arose. When they first sanded no plastic was put up, there are parts of my home where I'm still cleaning even though I was told they would, most of the paint on our railings and some walls has worn off, there are light fixtures and carpet that have paint on them, I requested numerous paint touch ups because areas were missed or painted around yet the touch ups look worse than before the touch up. But the proverbial straw here is what started happening in the bathroom in September 2020 (they "completed" the bathroom at the end of March). In September one of the tiles on the shower floor came out. I contacted Marra Bros and asked them to repair. He said sure. A week went by and no word so I asked again and they came out and used liquid nails or something similar to place the time back in place which of course came out with two days. The tiles have continued to pop out of the shower floor, at this point there are TEN tiles that have come out of the shower floor. The tiles on the bathroom floor have also come loose with cracked grout. I wasted, I mean spent tens of thousands of dollars for all of this work and had them in our home from January until May. The quality of the work depended largely on who showed up or didn't. Overall they lack good planning and project management skills. Our bathroom tile looks horrible in some places largely because there was no plan and piss poor project management. I'm now working with another contractor so I can spend thousands more to repair the shoddy work Marra did in this bathroom. I will then spend more with a painter to redo their shoddy paint work. At which point I will still probably be cleaning dust from the original project. Find another contractor so you don't end up like me having to pay a second contractor to fix the "work" that Marra Bros did in our home. I'm sick over the amount of money each time a tile comes lose. Summer 2023 more tiles have come loose and I'm now working with another contractor to demo the entire tiny bathroom. In the end this bathroom will cost more than my professionally remodeled kitchen. Avoid these clowns they don't know what they are doing.

Got 4 estimates from 5 star reviewed companies, and Revival had the best price. Then a friend said insurance may pay for it, so I filed a claim. Insurance adjuster only wanted to repair the roof. Revival said the existing shingle is no longer made, so they should pay for the whole roof. Insurance adjuster had Revival remove a shingle and insurance company sent it out to see if shingles were available. Adjuster said they still make the shingle and said a place in Akron sells the shingle. Revival went to Akron twice to get the allegedly matching shingle, but when placed on the roof next to the existing shingle, the difference was night and day. Not anywhere close to matching. After 3 months, the insurance company finally agreed to pay for the whole roof to be re-shingled. Revival came 2 days later and put a new roof on in one day. Revival's patience and perseverance in dealing with the insurance company saved me thousands of dollars. I was willing to pay out of pocket because I knew the singles were old and needed replaced before the storm blew shingles off the roof. They could've just took the cash and saved themselves the hassle of dealing with my insurance company that just kept making them jump thru more hoops, but they didn't because the insurance is supposed to pay for claims like mine. I appreciate them going above and beyond to get my roof claim paid.

I contacted Angel Diaz 6/4/25 to discuss, and he indicated he would come out and take a look that evening. He did not, nor did he come out 6/5. He then texted me 6/6 asking when was a good time to come out only to no-show no call that as well. He then failed to respond to multiple texts. Called him again 6/11 and he said he'd be out that evening only to no-show/no-call once again. Called him again 6/12. Angel made a point of reminding me he had not provided a contract or itemized invoice for his services (which he offered a discount for, so he could later claim he had no obligation), then provided a litany of excuses why he hadn't fulfilled his promises to inspect the issue. Instead of paying Mr. Diaz for his services flush your money down the toilet, find a new company, and save yourself the trouble.
