His paralegal, Betty, unfortunately did not give me the same impression. Betty was extremely rude over the phone multiple times. Never returned any of my calls and hung up on me once I finally got in touch with her today 11/17/22, after calling numerous times. She was very condescending in her tone and spoke to me like a 5 year old, rather than apologizing first and letting me know that Andrew was too busy to take on new cases. Of course the first time I spoke to Betty, on around 11/4/22, she (rudely) affirmed that Andrew was taking new cases, conveniently enough. It seems that she cannot regulate her tone, no matter the occasion. I suppose that is the consequence for missing the bar, literally.
