Yes the company did call a week later but this was before I received the final bill and before I realized Sage and the moving company were ignoring my requests about our damaged TV. Sage did not want to take responsibility for not packing it and T-N-T didn't want to take responsibility. I take this to be inappropriate behavior from Sage and from T-N-T. No answer. The woman that took my call very nice and professional very apologetic stated that's unacceptable and would reach out to the consultant. As of today, no response nor communication. Not use to chasing companies for a service so moving on to the next. Was really looking forward to their designs based on my conversation with the consultant.
