Do not recommend the business.

Not like your normal small auto tag places. This is a nice, professional, clean and creatively decorated office with people who offers the best customer service. The ladies at the desk were so kind and got through our papers really quick. We were in and out . This will be my go-to and I will send all my contacts their way for their auto tag services. They accept cash and card payments. Easy parking in the back of their office and they are open a little later than other spots in the area. That's how i found this place. (Last minute- so I did not get a chance to take pictures. I was just beyond satisfied with the service and had to give them all the stars deserved!)

He was quick in answering my questions, getting the policies setup, and making changes as appropriate. Understandably, a lot depends on the insurance company that Allan provides these services for, in my case it is Erie Insurance.Eire has been very responsive whenever I had issues - my car was totaled earlier this year and both Alan and the Eire team took care of things very quickly. Overall, I have referred my parents to Eire and I would do so happily for other friends. TL;DR: First time home buyer, I have a car and home with Allan - I had a ton of questions, but Allan took care of them for me quickly. Eire insurance has also been good. Would recommend to friends and family.
