I brought this to the attention of one of the owners, Matt. He refused to change the estimate they provided. They attempted to charge for 1109 sf when the space only measures (by their measurements) 1003 sf. The explanation was that the customer is paying for the excess tile required to install the floor tile. (Waste due to cuts). I explained that he can not charge me an install price of the total amount of tile purchase, he can only charge me for the tile ACTUALLY installed. They are overcharging EVERY customer by the 10% overage that they purchase. It's a SCAM. They apparently do it with carpet as well. People only pay for what's installed not for what's purchased! SCAMMING THE ELDERLY.

I'm so grateful we went with them because they did an incredible job. Michael's crew was even better than we were hoping for. They showed up on time, were very detailed in their work, made sure the leveling and spacing was perfect, and were in constant contact with us, making sure any concerns or questions were immediately addressed. One of my favorite parts of their work is when they showed us an issue with leveling or spacing and then fixed it without us having to say a word. They also left the house in a much better condition than I was expecting with some cleaning (everything was covered in tile dust after they removed the old tile). Overall, it was just a wonderful job. I'm relieved we had such a great experience with tile installation and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

After agreeing to hire them for the project with deposit and signed contract, we got information of what to expect as we are providing the tiles that we like instead of going through them. Overall, it's a great company that communicate with us, clean up after themselves, and getting it done right throughout the whole process! The cost of the service is cheaper for what they offer compare to other competitors.

We hired OCD Flooring for an LVP flooring project as part of a larger home move and renovation. O The installation process was hassle free as the team worked hard to satisfy our needs and moved some of the heavy furniture that was beyond us. Communication with the company was responsive, and always polite and courteous, they were a pleasure to work with. At completion we had an issue that the new flooring did not match the existing flooring and the shade difference was highly noticeable. After discussion OCD replaced the existing LVP with new planks to attain the perfect match. They did that without quibble and at some cost to themselves. The final outcome was outstanding and met our expectations for a seamless floor throughout the House. Thank you to the team for getting the project completed during a very busy time for us, and resolving the issues quickly. Fantastic company, redid my concrete pool deck by grinding the cracks out filling them in and…read moresanding my old flaking Cool Deck off and reapplying with new Cool Deck, they removed all my patio furniture and grills off the deck, and when they were finished, put it all back, they also covered the entire pool as to not get all the grindings in the pool, they took their time and we're very meticulous, I could not be happier
