Working with Corey was like working with a ghost. I ended up leaving and going to another agent and out of the blue almost a month later he asked me if I am still looking to purchase a home. I told him the truth that I went with another realtor and he said hes "owed money". I'll be sure to follow up with many more negative reviews for him on other platforms to beware others of this tactic of getting first time home buyers to just "sign away" and not get any service. Now on top of trying to pay closing costs I have to reach deeper into my pocket to pay this guy. If you ask me some of these realtors (like this one) are just casting lines to see who signs on the dotted line to catch dumb first time home buyers just to get a piece of the large loan they will most likely have their entire lives....Corey DIDNT help me, he just cast a line out in hopes to get a bite.

Five months after that I was served with a 10 day notice and told I owed them. I responded that I had not received credit for maintenance for the building. I was told at Magistrate level by Ron to make payments & we will work this out this was just a formally. It was clear in the court room he had fun for possession of property. So I fought back. Was offered money at the next level of court by them and I refused. I responded I wanted 5 months payment for the maintenance of the building. Was told no. And a date was set for eviction no payment will do not even payment in full. A constable will be there in x amount of days with us to remove me. They showed up before the said day mo constable gave me 15 minutes to get out I called the constable and was told he was not scheduled to be at my address. They threw out my personal property a week later. After contacting them within the by law 10 days. I was told he wasn't going to come down on a weekend and a dumpster was supposed to come Monday. I have struggled everyday. What they did and how they went about it was WRONG! And from the definition of the law ILLEGAL. I to this day remain homeless and pray someone sees this.

Tim Meagher completely changed my opinion. There is no way our recent purchase would have happened if Tim hadn't been highly involved in many of the details as it turned out to be a pretty complex negotiation, and closing. Tim helped us with finding a better mortgage company, good legal counsel and insurance at half the cost we had! Most of all Tim made some promises the sellers didn't keep and he personally made them happen at out of his own pocket! In addition he has (and is continuing) to support us after the sale as he has continued to answer questions, and connect us with quality service providers. I highly recommend Kitner Homes for your modular construction. Building a home can be an exhausting…read moreexperience. Using a modular company allows you to leave a lot of the details to someone else. From initial selection of floor plan to final walk through was over a year. Yes, at times there were frustrations, but we never felt ignored. Every concern was handled...every hiccup was addressed and repaired. During very icy cold days we still had workers show and move the project along as they were able. Setting the house in early winter was a sure sign we would be a bit delayed because of our locale in New York. We did our own septic, outside electric (we wanted buried lines and whole house generator) Not that Kitner couldn't do those parts, we just knew companies we trusted to work with Kitner and the partnership was seamless. All the crews were professional, efficient and knowledgeable, No one that came hesitated to speak with us. We lived on site so we were particularly aware of when anyone was here .... Or not. At anytime I had a question, I only had to reach out to Dennis and it was addressed. Yes, the crews are busy but I feel when they came to work here, we got the same quality and time they were putting in at others homesites. Everything was completed to receive our Certificate of Occupancy. We love our home. We are very pleased with our choices! Especially Kitner Homes. Many, many thanks to Dennis, Jeff, Jerry, the "Mikes" and all the finish crews! Y'all are the best!
