We were driving east across pyrenees and delayed 2 days in order to eat here. We arrived at 1pm and opted for the surprise menu with a wine pairing. We finished at 4 and took a hike above town and napped in the grass with a view. Absolutely everything was spectacular and the price is a bargain, id guess price is 1/5 to 1/7 of what food like this would cost in a big city, and even then youll be lucky to receive food this good. The paired wine was awesome too. Er occitan is a marvel - my words cant do it justice, i cant recommend it enough. Well worth the time. In my experience restaurants like this dont last forever, visit soon. Also: to the dear folks at er Occitan if you find this: it is impossible for you to receive enough credit and appreciation so thank you! Thank you so much for the amazing meal.
