The minimum wait in the infusion waiting area is 2-3 hours and the supervisor just does not care. I walk in the back during my wait and see half the treatment rooms empty. I know it is not the nurses fault but it is truly the manager who does not know how to handle the work flow. We have been getting treatments there over a year and a half and the excuses are weekely. Every other program moves us through the treatment day 100X more efficiently. The MSK reputation is truly not worth the added stress of treatment.
