Prior to her arriving at my home - I had sent her preliminary measurements. She came with 2 different designs already prepared for me to review. We were able to fully adjust the designs in a 3D AutoCAD model. She worked with me to get exactly what we wanted. The installation was scheduled for 6 weeks after the design was completed and the contract was signed. On the day of the install, the installer showed up on time (1 person job) and controlled the size of the mess he made in my bedroom very well. I was actually impressed with how little mess there was despite the cutting he had been doing in the room. He did take the messiest cutting outside, however. I am so pleased with how my closet turned out.
