Website states 24/7 emergency call out for peace of mind. He has ignored all calls, texts, emails and recorded delivery letters. I have had to employ, at great expense, another roofing company to put right the mess made by Thistle Roofing, a plasterer and a decorator. I would hate if anyone else had to endure this horrendous ordeal. It was a very expensive mistake using this company. I think they must have been fake reviews.

So I looked elsewhere for a cheaper quote and found JMR Roofing and Mark who kept everything simple. We looked around the building, he explained clearly what he would do and gave me a quote later that night. A mass of paperwork later (all from the council may I add) and Mark was ready to go. He kept in constant touch giving me updates via e-mail as I was at work when the work was being done. It looks brand new. I'm really chuffed. There was a little more work than expected but Mark took the brunt of that cost and kept to his original quotation, so no nasty surprises there! JMR came through on something that gave me stress at first. I've no question I'd go back to them again.

Mr Tuckers company being local, that he was very approachable, informative and friendly helped me to pick his company. I made the right choice ! Mr Tucker and his team brilliantly completed the roof within the timescale stated and to a first class quality finish. The work had problems. Roof structure, an original defect, and poor tile choice by me. This was all taken on by Mark and his team and done without any problem and at no additional cost. Without a shadow of a doubt I can heartily recommend JMR Roofing (Scotland) due to Marks extremely helpful professional manner, quality of work, brilliant team work, great value and last but not least a local company.

The finished job was poor and was not interested in coming down to explain himself and rectify the problems. Charged in excess of £750 per day for labour for 2 men working from 10am-3pm and overcharged on materials. Now subject to a court order. I would not even recommend him to re flet a rabit hutch.
