When I try contacting the boss of cut price he is away gone to India to hire more cowboys. FENSA don't care either trading standard have done jack to help. Some one please advise me how I can get this sorted my house freezes and heating bills have gone up.

I had their windows fitted 1 year ago by their own fitters - after several months of chasing via phone and email, I still have no FENSA certificate. Price-Rite have absolutely pathetic aftercare with a company owner who is very difficult to get hold of - if you value your time and want peace of mind, I urge you to go elsewhere. Unfortunately it is now looking likely that I will need to get this certificate at my own cost, employing an independent surveyor which will cost me £000s. This is a real shame as I was actually quite happy with the quality of their windows!

They did finally turn up on the third occasion. The windows were installed although there was an issue with one window which was apparently fixed. A month later and the window has broken and no FENSA Certificate has been provided. I have spent the last month chasing the sales person and their Head Office and all of them have not bothered to come back to me until a few days ago when I threatened proceedings. They were meant to turn up today and as predicted, they did not turn up. I am now issuing proceedings in Court to reclaim my money. Do no use - the definition of cowboys.
