So we weren't even in the market for a house, officially. We walked into Kelsey Glen and fell in love with the neighborhood. The rest is history. NVR/Ryan homes was offering a special. Buy a house, get a free morning room. The catch was you used NVR for your mortgage. Read on. There's a hook.... There truly wasn't a catch. From day one, Ryan Babusci (the NVR regional manager) made it seem like we were asking our favorite Uncle Jake for ten bucks to go to the movies. It was the easiest, most painless experience one could hope to endure while navigating the turbulent waters of today's mortgage process. Ryan and his staff (Kathy, Christina, Pooja and Pam) were AMAZING to work with. They were available to us throughout the process to answer questions and ensure that we were able to close on time and within a budget that we could truly afford. There is a reason why NVR survived the mortgage debacle and are still financially strong today. Ethical behavior, honesty and a desire to ensure the financial health of their customers has driven their continued success in the market. The NVR staff never once sacrificed their ethics and were straightforward in their dealings with us. A true breath of fresh air after the debacle that still resonates with the market today. So anyone who has gone through the mortgage process in recent years will be the first ones to tell you that after successfully obtaining a mortgage, they are pretty sure they would survive waterboarding. They really wouldn't, but it sure feels like it. That being said, should I need to undergo the process again, I would want the NVR team right by my side. Keep up the great work, Mr. Babusci and keep fighting the good fight for future Ryan Homes Families. - Proud Ryan Home Owners and NVR Mortgage customers read more

We closed on our house within the last week!! And I have NVR mortgage to thank for this .Jennifer Goldsmith was our loan officer and she was the best. She told us upfront what it would take to get into our home. There was no gray area and we LOVED that . No run around. She would reach out to me in the evening and I was like oh she is really working for us !! That made a huge impact ,it showed she was compassionate about our home buying process just as much as we were . We then met with our loan processor Carlie Bateman!!! I talked with Carlie every week sometimes twice a week for the last 3months!! She asked me the frist day we met , what are your expectations of me.I was so impressed I was at a lost for words. It showed me once again this company was was working for us , not just with us .The communication was incredible because it made me feel at ease to ask any questions. I have read other reviews about NVR in other states and NVR office in Greenville,SC is the best. The way they work for you is short of amazing. If you are looking to purchase a new house, refinance, give a NVR a call you will not be disappointed!! read more

We had the pleasure of working with Pooja and John from NVR mortgage for the purchase of our Ryan home. She was dedicated to our mortgage process 100 percent from start to finish. She answered our questions and was accessible throughout the process via text, phone, and email. Pooja made us feel as if we were more than just a "transaction" she took the time to get to know our concerns and to address them. John gave us the conditions to get qualified and remained well ahead of schedule, so all we had to do was sit back and wait until our closing date. This was by far the best experience we had dealing with financing on a home purchase. A mortgage can be nerve racking process but Pooja and John were there to support and assure us until the final approval was complete and the loan was closed. I would recommend them to anyone considering a home purchase with Ryan. read more

NVR Mortgage made home buying incredibly easy. Homeownership seemed impossible and far fetched until I came across Ryan Homes and NVR Mortgage. Our Loan Processor, Mr. John Dillon was instrumental in our success and was so very easy to talk to. He walked us through every step and explained everything we didn't understand. As I have heard, buying a home can be very tedious but I don't think Mr. Dillon let us break a sweat or worry in the least. At the end, he even drove 2 hours to meet us at closing. Now, that is dedication and remarkable service. Mr. Dillon was nothing but transparent and honest with us during the loan process and I would surely choose Ryan Homes and NVR mortgage if I should ever purchase a home again but I highly doubt that I would need to. Ryan Homes and NVR, thank you for my forever home. Sincerely, The Lynch Family. :) read more

In this day and age where the requirements to qualify for a mortgage are much more stringent, these folks make the process easy and simple. Yes, there is a lot of paperwork, but almost all of it can be done electronically. NVR Mortgage was very responsive to our questions and explained everything in detail so we knew exactly what we were signing and why certain documents were required. The agent we dealt with, Jennifer Goldsmith, was very knowledgeable and thorough. She was professional in every way and kept track of the ups and downs of mortgage rates and was helpful in our decision to "lock in" a rate. Sure, there are a lot of mortgage companies around and I'm sure most of them are good, but I don't think you'll find anyone better than NVR Mortgage. read more

My wife and I purchased our new Ryan Home in the Oakland Farm development at the end of July. Our sales associate Janie Summey was absolutely terrific during and after the sale. The project manager Whit Vinset did a terrific job of keeping us informed during the building process with many updates and pictures along the way. 2 very professional people! Our NVR experience was so-so, Jessica Lister did do a fantastic job of getting our VA loan approved and keeping us appraised of events. She always returned my calls promptly and had the answers to my questions. I was rather disappointed with our loan officer( CRL) as her follow up to my phone calls took some time to return (disappointed). All in all a good experience with NVR Mortgage and Ryan Homes! read more

Getting and completing a home loan is a stressful process. But the people you work with can make a difference in understanding all the numerous forms, tracking all the paperwork and preventing meltdowns! Jennifer Goldsmith and Tiyler Hart at NVR Mortgage not only made this process positive -- but we also found ways to laugh and maintain a sense of humor. Both were informed, responsive and understanding of competing time demands as they did their jobs. And they inspired me to be as responsive as I could, knowing that the goal was to get a loan with the best rate with the least amount of agony! And that happened. Thank you Jennifer and Tiyler! Anyone would be in capable and humane hands with these two and NVR. read more

My fiancé and I recently moved to Greenville and purchased our first home. We had the pleasure of working with Pam Rozelsky and Kathy Gossett throughout this process. Being a first time homebuyer we didn't know what to expect but Pam made this an extremely pleasant and easy process by not only accommodating our crazy schedules with being from out of town but also making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Kathy Gossett was our loan processor and she helped guide us through to ensure we were on track and the process went smoothly. We are so thankful to have gotten to work with these two and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Ryan Home! Thank you both so much! read more

AMAZING!!! I have never wrote a review before but this experience has been so above our expectations that it HAS to be wrote. NVR (specifically Pooja) and team, made this process a breeze... No endless emails, everything was straight forward and easy. NO last minute emails prior to closing "Can you send me this document." They took the time, even if it was after hours or before, to cater to our irregular schedule to make sure we were comfortable and prepared prior to closing. Unbelievable, truly, unbelievable, amazing experience.. Bottom line... They made an inherently complicated and stressful time a BREEZE!! AMAZING JOB NVR, Pooja & Team!! Our experience with NVR Finance was off the charts positive. The support provided by Jennifer Goldsmith and Vincent Beaulieu was outstanding--they responded to all our requests immediately with thorough answers which was particularly important since we were completing the sale from Maryland. They made us feel like they were our private mortgage counselors. Jennifer and Vincent are a credit to your organization and you should do everything possible to keep them on your team. And by the way, Jennifer brought a lovely house warming gift to the closing that is in a place of prominence in our new home. read more

Working with the NVR professionals was wonderful! Although we know that they have other customers, with the attention we received we felt as though we were their ONLY customers. My contact was with Lisa Day, mostly. She was always patient, professional but kept things going to make sure each side did its part to complete my mortgage. She remembered promises that benefited me and explained things that I balked at. If she was in route and I requested something, she tended to it when she got to her destination. The whole purchase process was very successful because of her more than anyone, including me. read more

John Kannady was my loan officer and I must say that he did an amazing job!! He always commicated with me throughout the entire process.
