I asked her about it and why it was listed $5.75 and why I charged $7. She got very aggressive and raised her tone stating don't talk down to her. Her excuse - prices were changed but not updated on the menu board, prices are increasing for everyone, I should be understanding because of inflation, credit card fees are charged because I supposedly complained when I brought up price difference. Mind you I was just asking questions out of curiosity and she began making excuses to speak to the owners so I asked for the owners info and asked if the number on the receipt was his contact info. She said she was going to charge me $6 and a credit card fee at which point I told her that did not answer my question. I asked how she was able to dedicate what she charged even though the business menu listed otherwise. I also asked if she was going to charge me a credit card processing fee it is fine as long as the disclaimer is given to the consumer. You can't simply charge whatever you want and when you want. By the way the receipt wasn't even itemized. Just a total with tax which means this business is eating the extras. Very shady business and attitude to go with it. I'll be reporting this to the better business bureau and outlet property management. I would stay away unless you want to be charge whatever they want to charge you.
