My name is Koula. I found results 22 a little over a year ago and decided to give it a try. A…read morefriend of mine also was on the program and loosing weight like crazy so I decided that I wanted to give it a try!! This diet not only works but it makes you feel amazing while being on it. Of course, every day it's hard. I would battle to not eat carbs and more carbs. Sticking to eating a certain amount of calories, eating their product and increasing water was SO hard at first. After the first week and down 8 lbs I knew I wasn't going to give up. After a while I slipped on and off the diet but again 4 weeks ago decided to do it 100 percent in. I am down now 10 lbs of body fat. I feel amazing. Look so much more amazing and just overall feel Happy. Their food is delish. I am obsessed with the maple oatmeal and love their cook book. Aside from their product, the owner Ed has really changed the way I feel about myself and pushing to do this diet not to loose weight and look good but to overall feel good about ME! He is pushing and encouraging me every week to continue to do better than yesterday. To not worry about having an off day but to know it's one day. I would recommend this program and have to many many people. I can't wait to continue this lifestyle change and see where I am in 2 months. Thanks for everything Ed. You have inspired me!

The numbers only tell part of the Results 22 story. On April 14, 2016 I weighed in at Results 22…read more(Glenview) at 241 lbs. with a 42" waist. I'm 5'9" and 62 years old. I had given up on losing weight (I tried - and failed at - WeightWatchers, Lose It, South Beach, the Daniel Plan, etc. etc.) and resolved myself to go into old age overweight but happy...or so I thought. Today, after just 19 weeks, I reached my weight loss goal through Results 22 and Ideal Protein. I weigh 172 lbs. and have a 33" waist. (That's a 69-lb weight loss.) Thank you Ed, Colleen, and the rest of the Results 22 team. You're incredible! My journey began when my cardiologist told me about Results 22. "I don't know much about the plan," he told me during my annual checkup in April, "but I've had several patients come back after the program and i don't recognize them. It's 100% effective. Check it out." So, I did at a very low-pressure Monday night information session. The essence of the program is that you use three Ideal Protein 'meals' (e.g. a bar or drink or chips or..) and one 'real meal' every day that consists of 6-8 ozs of lean protein and certain vegetables (no sugary root vegetables). There's limited cardio exercise allowed and you need to consume at least 1/4 tsp of salt (sodium) to replace what everyone loses on a ketogenic diet. The rest is history. If you're struggling with weight loss and, like me, have given up after failing at every other diet program, please give Results 22 a try. If I can do it anyone can. The program is so easy to administer, you're never hungry on the plan, and the weight that falls of of you is the most important kind - the visceral fat that clings to your heart, liver, lungs, and other vital organs. Now when people tell me how amazing i look (people say, at least 10 years younger) I tell them I feel even better. Now I'm in control...not food. My blood pressure has fallen from 143/91 to 110/65 (I'm weaning off my Atenolol). I have more energy and it stays constant throughout the day. No sugar rushes and post-lunch crashes. Some people might think the program is expensive BUT the cost of the program and the Ideal Protein food is offset by a vastly lower bill at the grocery store and at restaurants (we definitely eat out, just not as frequently and, when we do, we're far more measured in what we order and how much we eat). One final note. I did the program with my wife and 23-year-old son. It REALLY helps if more than one person in the household does the program, especially if one of those people is the one who is the chief cook. Thank you Results 22. You've given us a chance to start over.

He also saw my daughter (when she was 18) who was an avid ballet dancer and corrected her issue by activating the right muscles before training. He has seen many of my friends and what is particularly impressive is that he uses completely different therapies based on his expert diagnostic skills. He does not simply execute the same protocol across different patients. He is absolutely a genius, diagnosing a problem and then applying the right therapies that lead to resolution. I cannot say enough positive things about this very impressive sports medicine doctor.

I'm one to Yelp everything and review nothing , but this is too good to keep to myself. Sunil (Dr…read more Pullukat), is everything missing in today's healthcare. I started seeing him when he wasn't in my insurance network (also not one to like overpaying), because I was in such severe pain from a gym injury, and the endless sessions I have with another chiropractor were not getting me any relief. I'm a strong believer that energy transcends through touch , and he is a natural healer. Yes he is a doctor, he knows the human anatomy , he has the latest techniques , he has a lovely office .... but what's much harder to find in a healthcare provider is a genuine desire to maKe people feel better. He is so attentive. He will try 85 ways to make you feel better , and if it doesn't work he will try the 86th with no loss of enthusiasm. His true greatness is in his humble demeanor. Some chiropractors will act like it's beneath them to massage their patients , but Sunil's ego comes second to doing whatever will help the patient. Lastly , I feel completely at ease with our casual relationship. Sometimes I feel amazing , and stop coming for periods of time. He never stalks me into filling his books. In short - he is amazing. This practice doesn't feel like a business, it feels like a sanctuary.

Dr. Kirson saved my life!…read more Listen. I've struggled with my weight my entire life. Especially since my hysterectomy at the tender age of 36. I've been on some damn diet since my teens. I've never been blessed with a good metabolism. No matter how much I worked out, it was always a struggle. First it was low fat, high carbs. (Watch any old episode of Frasier and you'll know what I'm talking about) Then it was the damn cabbage diet! Who remembers the cabbage diet? Then it was Atkins. Low Carb, Keto, Paleo, Juice, Intermittent Fasting. OMG can we just stop it already? This shit is getting out of control. And it's screwing with our heads. Then, 50 hit. And all my chickens came home to roost. I woke up overnight with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Years of being healthy plus size caught up with me. Big is beautiful they say, until it's not. And being unhealthy for me is not a beautiful thing. When I got my cholesterol test, my general doctor told me to keep eating Keto. So I did. Told me NOT TO WORRY about my cholesterol because that my good cholesterol was good. How many damn times have we heard that! 1 year on Keto and I wan't losing. And my blood pressure and cholesterol was getting worse. Was I stressed? What was going on? After a crying jag I literally said to a doctor friend of mine "I have no fucking clue what I should be eating! Everyone, including doctors has an opinion about what I should be eating and everything is wrong. It wasn't about willpower. I was sick of it. Sensing my frustration, she sent me to Inbar Kirson. And that's when my life changed. Dr. Kirson IS a believer in the Keto diet but KETO is NOT for everyone, which is the camp I fall into. After extensive blood tests, we came up with a plan of action. My lipids were DANGEROUSLY high. So high I was freaked the hell out. Traditional Keto almost killed me! With some care and love, today I am doing a modified Keto diet that is low in saturated fat, good in healthy fats and no sugar or carbs. And guess what? 45lbs gone. It's taken me almost year to lose that, but slow and steady wins the race. The one thing I love best about Dr. Kirson is the fact she isn't judgmental and takes the time to explain things. And if you have a complicated question, she will find the answer from a trusted resource. When it came time to start my plan, she asked a lot about my daily habits and how I liked to eat and we came up with a plan that works for me. When something is a habit, a modification leads to more success than overnight change. With her help, I took my cholesterol from 320 to 165. In 8 weeks! My blood pressure went from 180/90 to 125/75 in a matter of months and I'm still losing weight. Slow but steady. Obviously it's up to me to do the work, and knowing I was insulin resistant made all the difference in the world. I haven't cheated because it's not a diet for me anymore. It's my way of life. How I must eat if I want to survive. (Ok, I did eat some cherries and I may eat 1 French fry off my hubby's plate) but I don't go out and eat a whole pizza. If you are sick of being sick about knowing what you should be eating, because you're tired of seeing the latest diet trend on Instagram or Pinterest, Dr. Kirson is not only kind and patient, she is a trusted resource in the medical community. If I could see her for everything I would. And I don't say that about many doctors. If you're struggling with menopause weight gain, do yourself a favor. Go see Dr. Kirson. Your skinny jeans are calling. So is your health.

Any practice hiding behind "FDA approved" meds is as much of a sham as a fly-by-night snake oil…read moresalesman. Appetite suppressants can't help for more than two months to get over leptin resistance. Restricted calorie diets need more, and close-minded practitioners won't entertain what works for maintaining muscle mass while depleting adipose stores. I also note no one mentions hormone testing, so it seems reverse T3 isn't even considered- which is a detriment to patients and a sign of "this is how it's always been done" old school narrow-minded medicine. You're better off venturing into the city to try to find someone who actually understands health and balancing the body.
