The atmosphere and decor are white diamonds personified and very tastefully done. Staff was courteous and welcoming. This was my first facial and I had no idea what to expect. Kate was amazing. She explained every single step to me along the way. I had no clue that getting a facial would be as relaxing as a massage! My only minor complaint is that the treatment room was next to a karate studio and the zen feeling was slightly disrupted by the constant sound of young kids in class.
