She advised me against being vaccinated and today when I went in [first time in ages....she is so weird!) to see if they had a product she was helping people with her mask hanging down below her nose. She should not be allowed to work there.....do not support this establishment.

Decent portion, service, and tastes good. Clean store and fast. They sell protein bars, powder,…read moresmoothies and some other supplements. They have different kind of smoothies from superfood, high protein, low carb, and more flavours too. A bit overpriced though especially consider it's in Burnaby and Vancouver's prices are usually lower or a bit lower than NYC. This is the exact small price as a protein smoothie in Manhattan. It's good and satisfy your craving for something sweet and to fill you up as a healthier option, but it's not worth the money all the time. Maybe once in a blue moon if I'm around the area

I went into this location at 930pm as this is the only Body Energy Club that closes at 1030 on a Friday night. I went in to get the usual and one of the item is the liquid l carnitine. Upon paying for them there were two workers, one asian guy who I think makes smoothies and another guy with darker skin and long hair who I believe does cashier and customer service. I wish I knew his name, he was SO informative and very knowledgeable. I always get the liquid L'Carnitine as it gets into my system fast, he told me I should be taking 2-4 tbsp. I didn't know that and only been taking 2tbsp since summer as it states that on the bottle. He also suggested to take the pills as it lasts longer and told me how much to take. He also shared his experience with pill formed L carnitine when he was prepping for his show last year. We also talked about nutrition and how I dislike salads. He told me I just need to find a good salad dressing and wrote a dressing recipe down for me as he loves salad and how he makes his salad and salad dressing from scratch. I have never experienced such customer service or knowledge until yesterday. I have been to many locations and the staff has always been helpful, but yesterdays experience was something else. BEC, please find out who that guy was and tell him good job!

The sales associate told me I would need to wait until after Halloween, but asked if I would be interested in attending a special Smashbox makeover event. She gave me all the info about the event, talked to me about Smashbox as a company, its products and even helped me to try out the primers and gave me a little sample as well. This visit took much longer than I expected and my boyfriend had wandered off a long time ago. But I very much appreciated the personal attention that the sales associate gave to me even though it was clear that I wasn't planning on buying anything that day.

The lady that worked in the cosmetics department found my hold item and proceeded to ring it up and then stopped tot text on her phone. She didn't say anything for a while and kept texting for a couple of minutes and I was shocked on how rude she was and she didn't say anything to me and ignored me. I interrupted her texting and asked her how much was the bill which was incorrect because she didn't know about the promotion price so I had to explain to her how the redemption points worked. I never came across this level of customer service. Taking personal messages on your phone and ignoring your customer so rude! I'm never going back this Shoppers Drug Mart in Metrotown mall.
