I had been dealing with chronic bloating for over two years and had seen multiple gastrointestinal…read morespecialists, completed food allergy testing, and was repeatedly told that I either had IBS or simply needed to "eat cleaner." Yet, I already had a relatively healthy diet. The bloating was constant, from the second I woke up and only getting worse by bedtime, and anything I ate made my stomach bulge, left me uncomfortable, and often caused pain and an overall puffy, inflamed feeling. After hearing amazing things about June at Chester County Nutrition, I decided to give it a try. From the very first appointment, June was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in understanding my goals. She is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and truly believes in the idea that food is medicine. For my personal goals and needs I was recommended to take an MRT test, in which I discovered several food sensitivities that were causing inflammation in my body. Things I never would have suspected on my own, including wheat, sunflower oil, lettuce, and broccoli. June created a personalized plan focused on my low-inflammatory foods, and I followed her guidance closely over the past several months since starting in January. The results have been amazing. The chronic bloating I had been dealing with for over two years, with no real answers or solutions from doctors, has improved by about 90%. Beyond that, I've experienced weight loss, clearer thinking, less fatigue, fewer breakouts, better digestion, and more energy overall. I genuinely can't remember the last time I felt this good. One of the biggest changes has been my relationship with food. I've learned to truly appreciate healthy, whole foods because of how good they make me feel. When I occasionally want to enjoy pizza or ice cream, now my body can actually digest them properly instead of reacting with inflammation and discomfort. I still have a long road ahead in fully restoring my health, but finally seeing real progress because of June and Chester County Nutrition has made me feel motivated and excited for this journey. The practice is also incredibly accessible, whether meeting in person or over Zoom, it fits easily into my schedule. They also use an app where I can reach out anytime with questions, and they always respond quickly with thoughtful advice and support. Through this process, I've gained so much knowledge about nutrition and have seen firsthand that food truly is medicine. If you're looking to live a healthier lifestyle, need nutrition guidance, or are struggling with bloating or gut health issues, I cannot recommend Chester County Nutrition enough. It's a small practice that actually cares about helping you reach your goals and guiding you to fix your health, that larger practices often turn away from or try to give you quick solutions that don't work in the long run.

At Chester County Nutrition I felt that I was always listened to even with all of my extensive health history. They provided so much knowledge and support along my journey and I have felt so much more energy and improved health than I have in years! I would recommend making an appointment with Chester County Nutrition to achieve your health and wellness goals today so you can take charge of your health and feel confident you are in the best of care!

I get that the gut is complicated and we don't know a lot about it yet. But that's the whole point. I quickly realized that real-life doctors don't really know any more than doctors on Google. I could have saved a lot of $$$ if I had realized that. They tried, but it was all guesswork and things I could have tried on my own. There was also very little urgency in the treatment plan e.g. "Try this for 6 weeks. We'll see what happens. See you at the next appointment." Like I'm suffering, in pain, and want an answer. I never got one. And I'm not blaming them for it - they just didn't have any answers, even though they tried. I've had more success through my own research and experimentation.

Again, i didnt mind them holding my annual membership. I didnt want to hassle a smaller business during a pandemic. But then A full year comes around and in January 2021 I got a notification that they tried to charge my account for a membership again??? Even tho the gym has been closed down for 9 months with no opening date in site. Luckily I had previously changed my card info for other reasons so it was declined. And now they attempt to charge my card $243 every single day. I've emailed them several times but they've shut down every email associated with the gym so it looks like they've closed the gym permanently and are just continuing to take people's money with no way for anyone to get in contact with them or cancel the membership. Im thankful my card info was changed or they would have taken my money as well. Please DO NOT sign up with this gym or any others owned by these owners. Ive contacted my bank and they will be taking legal action but I don't want any others to have to go through this.

I have always lived a more holistic and natural lifestyle but after receiving this diagnosis I was at complete loss. The doctor automatically wanted to put me on hormone suppressing medication. He was not interested in talking about diet, exercise or supplements. Thankfully I had met Kathy at a local chamber meeting. She had always stuck out in my mind for how friendly and welcoming she had been at these events. I always looked forward to seeing her. After my diagnosis I decided to reach out to her for a complimentary consultation. After our initial consultation I was confident that Kathy knew exactly where I was coming from! At the time I was living by a vegan lifestyle and she was more than happy to accommodate her suggestions. Kathy taught me so much about my body and the way hormones and everything else is regulated and related. She helped me get on a steady stream of supplements as well as supplying me with reading, meditation and some personal research. I now take a number of supplements that are all specifically targeted for my condition. I'm about six months out from our last session and I can confidently say that Kathy made a huge impact on my quality of life. I sincerely don't think I would be at this level had I not seen her. She does a ton of research to make sure that all of her suggestions are for your specific needs and everything is tailored directly to what you are working on. I cannot sing higher praises for her.
