The barest shelves I've ever seen at a supplement store in my life, I was honestly shocked

This place used to be my go-to supplement location with decent prices and a wide variety of selections to choose from. Now some lazy sacks took over. Looking back at this place through rose colored lenses is the only thing keeping me coming back. But what is the definition of insanity? Expecting different results each time. Can't count how many times I've walked in and looped back around to leave one second later because they STILL haven't restocked after weeks. I've told 5 different clerks about them being out of stock on items that are literally in their front fridges. You're burning money because you can't keep a stock. How can you even afford to pay all those different clerks? Learn to manage a business or hand the location off to someone competent enough to do it right. You don't deserve the keys, bums. read more

Went here today to get some pre and post workout supplements. Haag (sorry if I spelled it Wrong). So informative!!! Instead of selling me a product, instead he educated me on the latest technology in sports supplements and how to use the product for maximum results. Was Excellent source of information. Highly recommend if you are just getting back into shape and looking to get supplements to help your pre-and post workout. read more

Selection is good Service is not great. The clerk at counter needs to understand that success comes from repeat business and not be a one hit wonder. He doesn't take the time to even SMILE or offer help. Product... check dates. We bought a small bag of peanuts that expired 11/2018. Gross. read more

Selection was pretty weak compared to other locations, the service was even worse the guy behind the register needs to learn some people skills, his expression was like he honestly did not care we were even there. Plus a lot of products are out of date, the worse one i found was expired in Jan 2020...we are in Dec 2020 now, they most not care very much for the quality of their store. When i brought up the expired products to Mr. Personality behind the register all he said was ok... and returned to looking at his phone. Definitely will not be back to this location... read more

Great prices, convenient, they treat customers nicely. Just little tip. Show a little more patience with new body builders on product educational and nutrition facts. Most of us are bombarded with info so we tend to get confused on which product to choose. Other than that, it's all good read more

Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I was excited coming here, thinking it would be the haven for all things nutrition. Maybe not. Prices are okay and they have decent selections, but nothing that would really differentiate them from the rest. Less than a depot, but more like a closet. Nutrition Closet. It's rare that you go inside of a store, with no other customers inside and not get a greeting from the one person working there. Quite frankly, it's not like business is booming, so a suggestion would be to be nice and almost thankful that anyone would frequent your store. Pros: + Nutrition + Some vegan option. Cons: - Terrible customer service. - Very few protein bars. - Bad location. Overall, they have your run of the mill inventory, but I wouldn't recommend this store if you're looking for some differentiation. Their prices may be a little bit cheaper, but nothing blaring. I really enjoy Nutrition Depot! They're affordable, have a wide variety of selections and also great customer service. I went to GNC and Vitamin Shoppe and they didn't have what I was looking for. (GNC had a similar product but different flavor). It turns out this place had everything I wanted. Also, the pre-workout at GNC was on sale for a certain price, but that was exactly the same price at Nutrition Depot. I bought a pre-workout from here and it wasn't the best. Usually opened items are not refundable or exchangeable which is completely understandable. I explained to the worker that the expiration date is soon and the condition was not like my previous bottle. They let me exchange for a different product which I really appreciate. Overall, I would come back here again and I totally love this place! read more

I always get my supplements here. The owner knows his products. Told him I've had muscle and joint problems after workout and recommended fallout. I've been a loyal ever since. I purchased some creatine from nutrition depot. This isn't the first time I've bought anything from nutrition depot nor is it the first time that I have bought creatine. I purchased an anhydrous creatine based on the recommendation of one of the workers and it does not mix up and dissolve in my pre-workout. I came to exchange it for a different type of creatine because I did not like the fact that it did not dissolve and the worker today said that it takes longer to dissolve. I said that doesn't work for me and I would like to exchange it for another product, which was more than likely going to cost me more money than I paid for this product but that wasn't a problem. I just wanted something that worked for me. He would not exchange, return or refund my money. And again, I was not trying to get money back I was only trying to buy a more expensive product. The worker then told me that I needed a receipt for something that I bought 2 to 3 weeks ago. I don't know about anyone else, but on supplements and food I don't keep receipts for three weeks. I am really disappointed in nutrition depot. This was a $15-$20 product that could've been exchange for a 40 or $50 product and now they've lost my business completely. read more
