What an amazing nutritional store! My trainer, Sean Crane, recommended it. I had a fantastic experience. They let you use their Body Fat percentage analyzer for free. Had my third measurement today (first was about 4 months ago) and my BMI is doing much better since I started regular exercise and training with Sean. Today Ben, the store manager, was able to walk me through all the products in his store and we arrived at a perfect combination of weight loss and pre workout products that are geared to my situation. I'm 63 and 40 pounds overweight - greatly improved after starting regular workouts but still a hike to 180/190 pound goal. Ben and I spent a good hour talking about what happens in your body at different stages in life. I wound up getting a two month supply of Thermovax and Laxogenin plus. The Thermovax well assist overall calorie burn and the Laxogenin will assist my muscle development and recovery from weight lifting. Believe me, after turning sixty, this kind of internal metabolic assistance is needed (at least by me). This is the BEST experience I've ever had in getting advice and good counsel on product selection to help my nutritional goals. Ben is a great guy knowledgable and give super good advice. He understands all the products in the store and will help you make the right choice. Kudos! read more

So I Jared William Holzer decided to head into Santa Barbara yesterday from Lompoc , Ca and had a really great experience going into Nutrishop. I was greeted by a gentleman named Ben Lopez, not only was he very knowledgeable and extremely professional, he made me feel welcomed and answered all of my questions regarding sports nutrition and vitamins. Ben and I talked about several things but when I informed him I was a PROUD United States Navy Veteran he took a step back looked me in the eyes and stuck his hand out to thank me for my service, which to me meant the world because he was genuine. Ben is a great representative of the company and went up and beyond the requirements asked of him. After informing Ben of my bad and unpleasent experience with GNC he made sure that I left with all of my questions answered, the supplements needed to obtain my fitness goals and most importantly a great experience with my visit. Thank you Ben! Give that man a raise/promotion! I Jared Holzer will continue to shop at Nutrishop simply because of his warm welcome, and the experience he provided! read more

Within 20 seconds on entering this car salesman environment, frat boy, realm of sports powders, I was referred to as (dog), 6 times, and was told the product I came in for was essentially garbage. The employee then immediately started to brag about his privileged dual degrees. I never asked about his education, didn't ask, didn't care, only asked if the store carried a similar product to what I've taken in the past. The use of unprofessional and childish "bro talk," expected at rush week for frat children mixed with zero customer skills to speak of lost a customer for life. I walked in looking for a simple product and left wanting to invite him to fight club. If you enjoy insecurities at large and on full display, incompetence with a side of smug, frat boy bro talk, be my guest. I've already told 3 people on my walk to another store not to go there. Did your two degrees teach you that creating an uneasy, uncomfortable and easily threatened environment is a bad thing? Over privileged empty waste bucket of a two degree Mellon on a tooth pick. read more

Ben has completely help Change my life, health and motivation for taking ahold of my fitness goals! I came in about 9 months ago shy and confused about anything having to do with fitness (I used to shop at GNC or Vitamin shoppe but they only try to sell to you and have ZERO knowledge) and or supplements but as soon as I walked into Nutrishop Ben greeted me with not only excellent customer service but a positive smile and I immediately felt comfortable and listened to what he had to say. He helped me onto their FREE inbody machine and explained to me the inner workings of my body and how to improve my overall health! I left with more knowledge about working out and supplements and I've been a loyal customer ever since! I love their Pro7 and their amino acids are very tasty and well priced! I went here going in for protein but I wasn't sure at all what protein would work for me, I was new to that kind of stuff. But immediately as I walked into the door i was greeted by Ben with a smile and he asked what I needed, he gave me a bunch of information on what I should do in order to bulk up and so much more. He is one of the most laid back guys you'll ever meet, he really knows how to answer any questions or concerns you may have. The day I went in I left knowing so much more than before I walked in, Ben is so polite and professional when it comes to doing his job. Whatever product I want to try he gives his personal recommendations and info on that product so you know just about everything about that specific product. If you ever need any supplements or anything of that nature the Nutrishop in Santa Barbara is DEFINITELY a go to, you will not regret buying products from there. The customer service started at answering the phone. Ben was very kind and energetic and ready to help. I ordered two products and he was very kind to offer a shaker and shirt, a very kind gesture. The thing that was even more great was that I got my products the next day, which was exactly what I needed. The pre-workout is amazing!! BAMF is definitely what I will continue to use. First, a shout-out to the security guy. I didn't catch his name, but he was really chill, welcoming, and friendly. Honestly, he provided more customer service than the employees inside. There were five employees and only one customer -- me. I asked a few questions, and I was basically left standing there with no customer service or effort to help me. It honestly felt like they didn't want my business. I also didn't have cash or my physical debit card with me. I was planning to pay with my phone, like I normally do. I was simply told that I couldn't use my phone and that I needed my physical card or cash. No one mentioned whether there was an ATM available or if there was a nearby place where I could get cash.
