The sense that I got after purchasing an endermology package was that if I were an influencer I might have been treated better. Since my time there I've heard from others that I'm not the only one who's felt that way and that's ultimately what encouraged me to leave this review. My hour appointments were consistently shortened and I was told it was because of the specific needs of my body type (something like that). These appointments aren't cheap so to me that additional 15 minutes was important to me. Faye is lovely - I have nothing bad to say about her. I just hoped to be treated the same as their more "elite" clientele. To be expected in LA but overall disappointing. Needless to say, I won't be going back. read more

I wanted to try micro needling and from other reviews Faye was gentle. It was my first time and all I could think is I didn't want it to hurt or look like I had abrasions over my face. I saw videos online and notes how people were bleeding so I was mentally prepared that I may look like that after. Faye is located in a building with multiple offices. During my 3 procedures of micro needling she was in the process of moving so her new office is larger. Overall it isn't bad. The first treatment wasn't as deep but the 2nd and 3rd sessions were. The numbing cream for sure works and I only felt it on body area such as my cheek bones and jaw. I was warned I may feel sunburned and that only last the rest of the day and felt fine by the next day. And I didn't peel but I slathered chilled hyaluronic acid and collagen facemasks when I got home. And did a mask daily for 3 days. She does have hyaluronic in the office for purchase as a serum or masks but I already had a serum and masks at home. Overall I did it to reduce acne scarring and after the 3rd session I did see the slightest improve. Like minuscule. But where my scarring is affects how aggressive treatments are since it in near my forehead sinuses. As a introductory to micro needling Faye made it easier. I like how they send text reminders. Parking are metered, I want to say it was $2.50 for an hour. The session is about an hour since the numbing time is about 20 mins. read more

Amazing Sacred space of healing and positive vibrations. Faye is a magician with her hands of pure healing. And Dr Kim is a seasoned pro at his craft as well. Staff is kind and friendly. The healers to the stars. I highly recommend. Great skin care products as well. read more

I've been coming to Nutrifaye for nearly 4 years now and I still look forward every week to my standing appointment. It truly is a sanctuary and I always leave feeling peaceful and glowing from the inside out. The attention to detail and care from Faye and Dr. Kim is unparalleled. Nutrifaye is truly one of a kind and nothing compares in BH let alone LA. read more

Faye is a gem. Had never done microneedling before and I'll admit, was hesitant at the idea of having needles go into my face. But personal vanity persevered and I got a 3 treatment package with Nutrifaye off Groupon. I've had 2 appointments so far and I've so far received such compliments as, "you look rested" (I'm not) and comments about my complexion looking great. After the treatment, my face is a little dry and flaky the next couple days, but then my skin looks smoother, the discoloration from sun exposure is going away, and my crows feet/laugh lines are less noticeable. Faye also takes her time to prep my skin and numb it up before getting down to business. I could literally fall asleep while she's doing the procedure because she's made sure it's painless. Faye is a dear. Ready to carry on conversation if you're up for it, but also cool with sitting in quiet. read more

I first got a groupon to try Faye out, as I have been to few places to try Endomology, and they had the latest machines I was not impressed, as they just give you a light massage, I used to have it done in the UK, so I knew what was good and not so good in terms of technique, Faye by far exceeds what she does, her techniques are second to none. I have continued to go to her. If you want results go and see faye!, read more

I had a really nice experience with Faye today. She gave me a microneedle facial, and everything was great. She is a lovely woman and I enjoyed getting to know her while having my procedure. She pays attention to detail and really wants you to have the best results possible. My face was less red and irritated after seeing her than the last place I went to because she did some extra post-care techniques to help my very inflamed, sensitive skin. I will be coming back The only somewhat negative part about this whole experience was the building is quite old and not updated...her office is in a large building full of other small offices. Also there's no signs on any of the doors so make sure you remember the room number before you go up the elevator! read more

Shady business that does not grasp a concept of customer service.. I called to see what their availability was for LPG for a groupon deal they advertised. I was told right off the bat that I would have to pay $115 dollars extra!!! directly to them on an already $95 dollar paid up deal. Outrageous and unacceptable. And no, the receptionist wasn't apologetic about it in the very least. Unprofessional shady business. read more

I had an amazing experience at Nutrifaye a few days ago! They have an amazing, knowledgeable and professional staff who answered all my questions before my LPG ENDERMOLIFT facial treatment! My skin feels tighter and more youthful after just one treatment! I will be coming back. Thank you thank you read more

Faye is quite talented at what she does. I originally had bought her groupon for a facial with microneedling, but I will definitely be going back for more services. She took the time to examine and explain what issues she saw, what the proper treatment was, and there was no upselling which I loved. She never tried to push products on me that I didn't need and instead recommended I try things I already had at home to help. Her place was a bit hard to find at first, but when I called she gave me directions. After the 3rd microneedling facial I noticed quite a difference in the texture of my face. I'm very grateful to her for her services. I would dedinitely recommend her. read more

I am SO happy I found this place! I moved here from New York and was looking for a great place in LA to do facials and stumbled upon Nutirfaye's instagram. My first visit, I had an amazing facial by Faye and noticed they had other machines so I asked what other treatments they do...I am now on my 4th treatment of endermologie on my hips and thighs and I am OBSESSED- it feels like a really deep tissue massage and helps with detoxing and bloating. People have been asking me if I'm losing weight; I always work out and eat well but I think it's the endermologie that is helping to sculpt and give me more visible definition. Can't wait to see results after my 6th session! Love these girls read more

Best esthetician I've found! She truly takes time understanding your skin and doesn't just treat you like a number like the medical spas do. I've had 2 micro-needling treatments from her that have gone better than the one I had at a Beverly Hills med spa. My face isn't even red the next day anymore because she's so efficient and doesn't just "scratch" my skin like other people have done. She also increases the depth each time so you get better and better results! Highly recommended. The only thing I might suggest for her space is music! read more

I love Faye, she is very smart, sweet and wants my cellulite gone as badly as I do! I have been seeing her consistently once every week for almost 12 weeks and have seen amazing results. Even others have noticed/asked what I've been doing and I have sent both my aunt and mother to Faye. I am a Pilates instructor and while I am getting in the best shape of my life, Faye and endermologie have been crucial in spot reducing and smoothing out my problem areas (chunky thighs and saddlebags, dimples etc.) these treatments work to really enhance efforts like diet and exercise, by breaking down stubborn fat to make it easier to metabolize. I even wear thong bikinis to the beach now, something I would have thought to be impossible just a few months ago. Thank you Faye!!! read more

I finally heard from her last week which was the week of October 13th. She told me I rescheduled my appointment but called the wrong number. First of all, I didn't reschedule, I showed up on the day/time of my appointment. Second of all, I called the number on my phone. The same number that popped up when she called. I may have called the number on the building as well just trying to find her when she didn't show up for the appointment. Most likely I wont return for the last two sessions. What's the point of two sessions when my first three were almost two months ago? I'm really disappointed. I liked the treatments so much I considered buying five more (for a total of 10) for the regular princ, then doing monthly maintenance. Like I said she's good. But unfortunately unreliable and I don't want to spend any more money with her. I noticed everyone else gave her a five stars. I'm not sure what that's about, but buyer beware. read more

I've been going to Nutrifaye once a week for 6 weeks now and I love it! I'm currently doing the Endermologie treatment for my abdomen and sides. My skin has never felt and looked better! Fay is kind and professional. She takes her time to answer all of my questions and makes me feel at ease. She's constantly checking to make sure I am okay, and adjusting the settings if needed. The office is private and very clean. Fay makes you feel at home and takes her time at every appointment without feeling rushed. Booking appointments is so easy and quick; She is very accommodating every time. Next, I plan to do treatment for my thighs. I would highly recommend Nutrifaye to anyone! :) read more

Fay attended me promptly. She is very warm and knowledgable about the services that she provides. Now for the services: I read Fay's brochure and was happy to see so many modern procedures for face and body care. I went in for my first endromologie appointment. Fay worked me hard. She was very nurturing during the treatment; asking me if I want to lower the pressure. She never made me feel uncomfortable and her honest assessment on my body issues and possible results (with treatment, diet and excercise) were well-received. I walked away feeling like all of her work, combined with mine, will pay off. I didn't talk much during the treatment, but I know I could have and Fay would have been a great participant. The women having a treatment before me talked up a storm. Fay looks to be the kind of person who can manage any personality. I don't look for boutique spas as an incentive to pay for a service. I want a small spot where the person providing this service puts her heart and soul into her work. I found this with Fay and I will continue to make the drive from the Valley to the City just to see her. I highly recommend her. read more

Faye is great. I'm currently under treatment for endermologie, and so far so good. Other places offer endermologie as a soothing massage, but ladies, truth to be told, if it doesn't hurt, it doesn't work. Faye will make sure you get the best results possible in the least amount of time. It will take 10-20 sessions to get excellent results, 2-3X a week. Then doing 1-2X a month maintenance to keep up the results. She also offers organic spray tanning and facials. I haven't tried them yet, but look promising. Come to her if you are looking for personal attention, with great results in no time. read more

Faye has excellent technique! I've had Endermology treatments other places, and they don't compare to Faye's. Her treatments encourage me to be healthier. Faye is fairly priced, especially for the quality of her treatments. It's easy to set up appointments, and I've never had to wait. The office is very efficient and reliable. Faye truly cares about her work and her clients. I feel so comfortable at Faye's, almost as if I'm going to visit family, and I look forward to treatments with her. We've had some great conversations, which make the time pass during treatments. Parking is convenient and has always been readily available. If at a meter, it's reasonable. The area is very convenient too. I usually eat next door at Prospect Gourmand for a healthy snack after visiting Faye. If you get a chance to meet Dorothy, you're lucky! She's another calming presence at Nutrifaye. read more

Awesome Microneedling!!! I absolutely love the detail and care given to my skin type. I felt the communication and expectations were set right. I go once a month for microneedling and have been referring friends as well! Great clean place, calm loving energy, and the service is wonderful. The strong numbing cream helps. I have gone other places in the past and the long scratchy strokes hurt and I left me super bloody. Here, I'm red and sunburnt looking when I leave then I notice peeling/flaking on my skin day 3-5 after my service which is normal! It's making my wrinkles better without having to do invasive work that makes me look like these plastic Ladies. I'll continue to go back and encourage you to try this place out! Very happy with the service and care read more

Faye is great at what she does. She has the best endermologie technique. Her studio is cozy and clean. She makes sure that you are okay while she does your treatment. Customer service was rude - the phone was answered with barely a hello - don't even know who I am speaking to. The supposed Manager Leah does not understand Groupon dynamics. She told me that the groupon listed price was inaccurate and I had to pay more. Either a scam or she is just clearly inept. I was willing to pay direct full amount as I did not purchase coupon with Groupon at that point - which would be to their advantage. Leah was just incompetent all round as she did not understand that concept. This kind of behavior especially for first impression will not serve this business well at all! read more

Ive been going to Faye for almost 1 year now for cellulite treatment. She is so professional and helpful. My cellulite was pretty horrible i was always insecure to wear shorts, however after being treated once a week for a couple of months my cellulite is gone and my legs are more tone and tighter! i love it. I wasnt sure what to expect going into it, but now that ive been receiving treatments, i recommend this to all my family and friends! i will definitely continue going for my once a month touch ups! Her services have done really well for my body. Her facials are also amazing. Love this place, i recommend it to everyone. Try it once and youll be hooked like i was. read more

believe believe believe it ladies!!! I was such a sceptic when it came to any of these cellulite machines but when my sister in law showed me her results i had to go myself and it really does work. She is very honest and will tell you it will take a few sessions before you see the results so dont give up just cause you dont see anything happening the first or second time. She really puts her all into her work and charges you at least half as much as these beverly hills salons do. She really wants your cellulite gone as much as you do!! She did wonders for me read more

This place is very unprofessional. I made an appointment yesterday for today at 9 am. After making the appointment, I sent an email saying it was my first time and hat I had some questions. No email back or call. I received an email reminder this morning for my appointment, so I went ahead. I arrived to the building and found their suite listed in the directory. There is no sign on the door or anything. The door was locked. I called the number and left a message. A few minutes later someone called me back to say that they are closed today. URGH!!! I wasted so much time. I got to my office and found another place - Blue Medi Spa (200+ reviews versus Nutrifayes 34) and the experience so far has been great. Within minutes of making my online appointment, someone called me to discuss the treatment I want and things to expect. What a nice way to start a relationship. read more

Several Months ago, I was introduced to Faye and I must say it was the best thing that has happened to me. Not only did I meet a kind, warm hearted person that genuinely cares for you and your needs but, also reliable and honest. I was hesitant at first to begin treatments and thought was a waste of time. Faye made me feel comfortable and explained the process. results are AMAZING. I enjoy chatting with her and giving me advise. She is extremely knowledgeable. she is a certified LPG consult. her space is private, clean, and modern. she makes things convenient and accommodating. Scheduling is easy on her website and always up for new promotions. Thank you FAYE! read more

I found the hidden gem!! I almost don't want to write a review because I'd like to be selfish and keep Faye all to myself.. But the truth is she's a gift to women and I should share the happiness :) So here goes.. I bought a package for 6 sessions of endermologie; it's the most logically promising treatment of cellulite that I've read about and this was my first time trying the treatment.. Booking an appointment was pain free with Faye she was so sweet and fit me in within the week. She has a great location with ample free parking and the spa studio itself is really welcoming. So she started by telling me about the procedure, and her background in the business and what to expect; she made me feel so comfortable and she's so professional. I undressed and she took the time to really look at the back of my thighs and figure out where my problem areas are. Then she provided my with a freshly laundered Lycra suit to wear for the treatment and had me lay face down on the table. The device is a hand held machine that she expertly maneuvers all over my lumps and bumps turning me when needed to attack the fat from all angles and this is where it gets important ladies!! This treatment has more to do with the technician themselves than the machine.. And I truly can not imagine anybody doing a better job than Faye.. She really works hard! She makes sure she uses the right amount of pressure and she sets the intensity of the machine to the max you can handle so you really get your money's worth.. She constantly checks to make sure your doing okay and when your all done you feel like this is definitely not a gimmick. I'm currently on week two.. So I've had my second of six sessions and already I feel like my cellulite looks significantly better.. But as we all know it's not magic so I'm excited to keep going! But what I can say undeniably is my skin feels smoother to the touch and it's definitely tightened!! I would give Faye six stars if I could, she truly wants to help you get the results yours looking for and her experience and expertise in the treatment of cellulite is bar none. read more
