I genuinely regret the day I decided to trust Nutri-lawn with my lawn. The gap between the promises made by Matthew and the actual services delivered is NOT just wide; it's an abyss. Let me break down the OUTRAGEOUS DISCREPANCIES for you: Promised: Two COMPLETE applications of fertilizer across my entire property. Delivered: One SHODDY attempt that had ZERO positive effect on my lawn. Promised: All-encompassing weed spraying with a GUARANTEE of thoroughness and perseverance. Delivered: A PATHETIC, cursory 15-minute session. My backyard and side yard? COMPLETELY IGNORED! And the icing on this disaster cake? The second round of fertilizer? NOWHERE TO BE SEEN! This is a sham. came once to fertilize. never delivered the services after that but their automated system texted they would be there and that the work had been performed. No evidence was provided that they had arrived, and they did not knock on the door. Could not have applied the weed control as stated because patio furniture was all over the lawn so they could do the weeds in the patio. Two weeks later weeds are as healthy as ever. cancelled the contract, demanded a refund (which they refused). will likely need to cancel the credit card and get a new number so they wont continue to charge. Customer service was useless, making excuses and promises to show up which were also not kept. Felt like dealing with an AI designed to string you along. Nutri-lawn sprinkler salutations were hired by my neighbor to prepare there sprinkler system for the winter. An experienced technician would of turned down the job because they would of known that there high pressure compressor would blow dirt and debris all over the area. Unfortunately for me as a neighbor this was not the case and the technician blew dirt and debris all over my car. It was covered in dirt. I would recommend a more professional company with options on the amount of pressure used in different scenarios. Its not complicated. I have done this before myself with less pressure. Customer service of this company ( for lawn ) is a big zero . The worse that I to deal with . I had a good experience with them for light installations and decide to continue with them for lawn despite the lawn services not being great at all . After having phone and written conversation with their agent that confirm a total amount for the season for the lawn care , they charge additional amount for the same service . They won't even apologize if their agent has made mistakes . Seems like that I was the one to blame if the agent gave me a wrong information . They won't also remove the additional amount despite of the confirmation email of the total amount sent by their agent . I paid the additional fee ( which very clearly shouldn't be billed ) just to close business with this company telling myself that I should have read their reviews on Yelp .. which are bad and actually showing the true profile of this company . I inquired about Nutrilawn's lawn services in early Spring. I specifically mentioned damaged spots where my lawn never seems to grow no matter what I try. The employee said it sounds like chinch bug damage, so I added this service to my plan. However, as soon as sevices began, our lawn looked worse by the day. I sent an email with photos attached. A representative left a message saying that a technician would be out by the end of the week to have a look. No one came. I had to call back. Someone finally came and said that the previous technician spread too much product and it damaged the lawn. He then applied a very thin layer of soil and seed to repair damage. I had to ressed and add aoil twice after since thw seed never grew. When the condition worsened, the technician said we have chinch bug damage. But he never applied the treatment I requested and paid for. I sent another email stating my disatisfaction. I received a call back. However the call was dropped. The representative never called back. I do not recommend their services. read more

When I contracted Nutri-Lawn, I was very clear that I needed to get control of a bad weed situation before I could even begin to wrap my head around additional lawn services. I really just wanted my lawn (neglected by previous owners) to stop being a nuisance to my neighbours. It rained after our first treatment, so the weeds were not affected at all. Additionally, a mysterious dead circle of grass appeared next to the driveway. A perfect circle, approximately the same circumference as a ten gallon bucket. I asked Nutri-Lawn to come and assess the circle and the overall weed situation, because the weeds were clearly not affected by the Fiesta treatment. I've had Fiesta treatments on lawns before, and I know what it looks like when the plants start to die. Nothing happened. It was obviously washed away in the rain. That's okay, it happens, but it needed to be reapplied. They sent a technician out, but his report said nothing about either concern, and just recommended the same overseeding and aeration upsell they've been pushing from the start. There was no reapplication of the Fiesta, and not a word about my actual issue. I cancelled the service, they issued a refund, and now I am being bombarded with aggressive phone calls from them. I've blocked two or three of their phone numbers, and they keep phoning. I couldn't have been more clear about my needs from the start, but they didn't care to address my needs. No results and very poor customer service. We bought the fiesta package and aeration and overseeding. We had one fertilizer and weed treatment and zero results. The crew that came to do the aeration and overseeding were not knowledgeable at all. They couldn't answer any questions, regardless of simplicity. They also had constant problems with the machine and it looked like kindergartners trying to work it. Additionally, during the overseeding, they were careless and sloppy and got grass seed in all of my flower beds that I am still having to deal with. There were no results from the weed treatment. After waiting a decent amount of time to call for the "free touchup" they did tell me that they would come right away to do it. After following up days later, they still hadn't "approved" it or added it to the schedule. The person on the phone told me that they were probably just waiting until the second application because we were close to it. After escalating the issue, I finally got them to agree to come the following week. Frankly, however, that wasn't fast enough or the response I was expecting for a service with the timeline that it has. I decided to cancel. I finally got a refund for the weed and fertilizer treatments but the sales manager couldn't care less about losing a customer or the fact we were very unhappy with the service. He basically just processed the refund with a "see ya later" attitude. And we still ended up paying for the aeration and overseeding that was done so poorly. Overall a very bad experience and I would look elsewhere if you are in the market for these services. read more

I paid for core aeration in advance in order to take advantage of the 5% discount. They told me it would be done within 5-7 days. When I called on the 7th day because I had not heard from them, they gave me all kinds of excuses. I asked the young lady to tell the manager I was not happy. That was last Friday. Today is Monday and still no phone call letting me know when the work is going to be done or an apology from the manager. I will never deal with them again. read more

My experience with Nutri-Lawn is that they are dishonest and don't care about their customers and don't follow through on service promises. Good luck having them come to do re-treatments. I paid for services and they stopped coming by Aug. 2. By mid-September I asked them to come by for re-treatment repeatedly and what followed was a chain of responses in which they said they'd be by soon; but they were just brushing me off and no services were delivered. However, during this time they kept on robo-calling me to buy new services. By mid-October they still hadn't come by and when I cancelled my contract with them only then did they try to offer me a discount to continue service next year. I used nutrilawn to take care of a dandelion problem I had in the spring of 2011. They used a product called 'fiesta' which actually did absolutely NOTHING. Literally nothing... Not a single weed killed. We called to complain and the manager agreed to come take a look at our lawn. He agreed that the product didnt work so he sprayed our lawn again... And again, NOTHING! From here it was just a nightmare trying to get them to honour their customer satisfaction guarantee. We spent literally hours and hours on the phone trying to get our money back. In the end we only got half our money back because "they tried twice". Now I'm dealing with a worse dandelion problem this year because we wasted so much time and money on nutrilawn last year. Very frustrating company to deal with. Would not recommend to anyone. read more

Do not ever use this company. Our family hired them in 2016 and the next year they called in January assuming we wanted their services again. We told them that if we wanted their service we would call them. Instead they showed up at our door unannounced in May saying they were here to fertilize our lawn. We said we did not call them, and that we did not want their services. We had already fertilized our lawn ourselves. They have been sending a bill every month (with interest charges), and making very aggressive phone calls. They are totally disrespectful and bordering on harassment. read more

It consisted of an acknowledgement of its receipt, and an odd statement stating that if changes are required to his company, he will be the one to make them. We moved into a rented house a few months ago and the landlord already had a contract with nutri lawn. I can't comment on the office side of if as it was already in place but I can say they come regularly to feed and seed the lawn and apply the fiesta weed thing so we don't have to worry about a garden full of weeds like we have previously struggled with! The staff are knowledgeable and will explain anything you ask them and always seem very professional (we usually have a garden full of small children and toys and they are very careful with everything and everyone and the products they use are safe for kids/ pets/ environments, they just ask the kids to stay off the grass for about 3 hours to prevent staining clothes. They understand customer service and are always available if you have any questions or concerns. Their employees who do the lawn applications are very knowledgeable too and are all very friendly.
