I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I am not writing about one bad experience. I've used this company for over four years. They carted my tush to the airport every week for 3 months for work travel to DC in 2008, it was great. They were on time, nice cars and I even had the owner a bunch of times. I was passing out cards for him in 2008. [Insert random perfectly fine trips to the aiport sporatically in 2009] In 2010 they were once again taking me to the airport every week for 2 months for work travel to Detroit. I don't know what happened, and it certainly wasn't over night - but the service started to decay since 2008. Cars were late, smelly, drivers were not professional (not helping with bags), etc. There was one occurance where they were so late, I told them to forget it, drove myself to the airport and barely made my flight. Fast forward to my family trip last week. Out of habit, I call Nutley limo and book a car for a 6:30 AM pickup. We're running around getting everything ready to go, and I look down and its 6:36, no car. I call, get placed on hold forever, then finally he says "He'll be there in 4 minutes, give or take." Give or take what? Silence. 6:50 the car finally rolls up. I'm fuming, but silent. When we get to the airport and my husband and mother in law disappear into the aiport, I ask the driver: So what happened this morning? He replies: "I got a call a little after 6:30 when I was at Newark dropping off another passenger to come pick you guys up" Well I guess that answers the question of "give or take" Are you serious? Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. This company has certainly had their three strikes with me, and guess what buddy: You're out! Never ever again will you drive: me, my husband, my family, any of my friends or anyone in Nutley that I can warn about your crappy company. I asked the driver to relay this exact message to you (after giving a generous tip, it wasn't the drivers fault afterall) and I intend to keep my promise. read more

Same story - with an extra bonus! Arranged for a 6:30 pickup. Was on the porch at 6:20. 6:35 rolls around, I call and was told "you not there, we was there - 5 minutes." 5 minutes pass, call again, we're out front. (I discover they went to the WRONG TOWN!). When the driver shows up at 7:07, not only is he late, and the vehicle dirty, but he's smoking! It was too late to turn back now. Who in this day and age smokes in a car? And what sort of company lets their drivers smoke? Never again. read more

Mesut was awesome as always. All worked out on phone. Picked up my aunt from LaGuardia & drove her to Nutley during "rush hour" traffic. Aunt was so pleased she double tipped & requested he bring her back when she was leaving! Mesut kept in contact with me & my aunt entire time. Made the whole thing much easier during such a busy time! Will definitely use again! read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Would give 0 stars if available! We were unable to reach the company the night before our scheduled pick up when we had a question/concern about traveling with our carseat. Tried for hours to contact the company but no one answered. We made other arrangements as it is unacceptable to not be able to reach someone offering 24 hour services. We were charged for both rides to and from the airport and it was not the agreed upon/advertised price. He refuses to give us a refund despite not having provided any service what so ever and claims we must go directly to our credit card company. Very rude and unprofessional as well as totally unreliable. read more

I concur with the previous comments of declining service. Used several times lately but no longer. Go elsewhere.

I used this place this morning and they were great. My driver was Dave, he arrived before my pickup time of 6:05 am and he even waited outside for 15 extra minutes as I was running late. I told him I was having a bad morning, and he was chatty during my ride and did a great job cheering me up. He was a good driver, didn't make me nervous like most cabbies, and arrived right at the door of my drop-off location. Thanks again, will definitely use again in the future! read more

Was very dissatisfied with the service. I called and booked thru Nutley Limo I was looking for a car with a sign that read Nutley Limo, the car showed up read Downtown Limo and wasnt obviously identified like all the other limo cars were. The car smelled really bad Driver did not want to accept the coupon When I called about the coupon, the Nutley limo operator hung up on me. When I tried calling back several times, the Nutley limo operator did not answer my numerous call after seeing # on caller id Will not use Nutley Limo again read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I was supposed to be picked up at 6:30am on 10/29 to go to Newark airport. They sent me an email confirmation as soon as I booked and all the information was correct. 6:30am came and went and no car. I called 4 times and no one answered the phone. Finally, at 6:45 I called Belleville taxi and they had someone at my house within 15 minutes. It's now 8 days later and they have not even called to apologize. You are better off paying a little more with a reputable company then using this place. They shouldn't be in business. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I called 3 days prior to make reservations to pick up my family and parents to take us to airport for our trip to Disney. We were all outside waiting curbside to start our trip. Well, the 11 am pickup time came and went, I called and after being put on hold for a few minutes, I figured they forgot to send us a car. We had to rush and load everything into my husbands truck, and fit 7 people into the car and drive ourselves to airport. While all this chaos was going on, someone finally came back on the phone stumbled over a half hearted apology, and wanted to send a car....WTF!?! , we were going to miss our plane if we waited any longer, and he had the nerve to tell me to calm down as I told him in not so many kind words what I thought of his business. Funny thing is, the long term parking was way cheaper than what they were going to charge us. I BEG you to steer clear of these guys, they ARE NOT RELIABLE! read more
