Not only did they-mess up one of the d to p, but did the others in reverse after phone conversation to ensure that would not happen. No apologies, no discounts requested full payment. They just tried to defer blame back on design. As they shrank it as well. Also replaced messed up shirt with one to dark. I paid full deposit and on my way to full payment, as I'm not petty, but they just lost a lot of business.

She walked me through the process, was easy to reach and really took her time to make sure I was happy with the finished product. Teri showed me samples in her clean, well organized and friendly show room and helped me make the final decision on style and sizes. Teri really took on the project and that gave me confidence in what the finished product was going to look like. While my order was on the smaller side, she really treated me like a big client. Will get all future business! Thank you, Teri!

NO ONE has the authority to sign contracts but the owner and I am the only person who manages this joint. COMPLETE FRAUD They probably just handed a contract to a random person and they signed it, I DID NOT! I will never do business with Alsco and you shouldn't either.

Do not use Alsco. It is a scam company. When you sign the contract you are signing for 5 years,…read moreno matter if they decide to change prices on you or add service fees. You have no rights as a customer. Say you go out of business, it doesn't matter you will still pay Alsco monthly for 5 years. I have had the worst service in my 2 years with Alsco, including a $10.00 minimum service fee per invoice. My invoice can be $20.00 with a $10.00 servie fee or $200.00 with a $25.00 service fee. This is not because I am ordering more inventory, just that I have chef coats that are damaged therefore charging me the $25.00 per damaged chef coat results in my invoice being larger and my service fee sky rocketing. The management is not helpful and will NOT follow through on any promises made. This company is corrupt and I am contemplating paying a lawyer to get out of the contract. Please, if you are starting a new business DO NOT hire Alsco to do your linens, find another source. There are plenty of smaller companies that treat you like a customer with choices and give you a voice in the decisions you are making for YOUR company. I am paying Alsco to provide me with linens and they CANNOT deliver. Why should we pay for bad service???

We visited the other store, and within 10 minutes, I knew I'd be going back to Hi Fashion. My husband and I went back to purchase a new Baby Lock. We pulled up and went in, telling one of the ladies we're back to buy the Meridian2! As we were wrapping up the sale, a woman came in and she was told "I'm sorry but we're closed." She mentioned she was needing one spool of thread. They were kind and helped her also. We thought they closed at 3pm, but they closed at 2. Never once were we made to feel rushed. I have the machine I love from a store I will be shopping at for years to come!
