This company was the first to offer fiber internet in our area, so we signed up. Installation was a…read morebreeze and the gentleman was very professional. We had one occasion after we were established where we lost connectivity and nothing we tried corrected the issue. The technician came right out and went above and beyond what needed to be done, and we were back on track! Then last week, another fiber company was digging in our yard to place their fiber and they disconnected our service! Once again, Cross Telephone addressed the issue right away, sent someone out as soon as they could, and our connection was restored. I haven't come across a company like this for a very long time: one that truly understands what "customer service" really means. They are the best!
